Its to do with the way the lighting is done, on all system at the moment (bar the PS4) the lights are just another texture placed over the light off texture but on the PS4 there are actual lights under each decal on a table and give off and reflect their own light, which will give a much better look

By the sounds of it the PC version might not get the lightning effect that the PS4 has and if it does they'll have to rework all the tables to implement these lighting effects. Sounds like a lot of work and something we wont see in the PC version for a while then. Also mentioned Bram Stokers...

For the love of god FS change the damn environment textures that floor texture is horribly low resolution, looks like a Wii/PS2 texture! But the actual table looks great!...but the disconnect from that quality to the environment is becoming very jarring
