Yeah, I can't believe that with F-14, all of the too ten from that Williams poll will be in TPA. It seemed like that would never happen.
Personally, I would choose Big Guns and Swords of Fury over F-14, but they are all good.
Black Hole had a different leaderboard on PS3 (unless they fixed this recently.)
Before the Central Park/Cactus Canyon pack it used to be possible to buy tables individually on mobile platforms. (That explains the Funhouse/Criqus Volatire discrepancy, but not for all of the later season 2...
Another factor (that still won't be enough to explain the discrepancy) is that some people got TAF Gold on multiple platforms and you can't use their Farsight IDs on PSN. So some users might have two scores posted.
My theory with Ace High is that Farsight originally planned to do it when they didn't think they would ever get Gottlieb emulation working. Once they did get Gottlieb Emulation working, they did Teed Off instead.
Similarly, I think there used to be a scripted version of Victory in the PC...
Godzilla should be in with two studies as well. Sony owns the rights to the 1998 movie that the table is based on, but Toho Co. Ltd owns the rights to the Godzilla name and franchise.
Well, that is probably why they need a kickstarter for Simpsons Pinball Party. Because Fox is asking for too much. This could mean that Tales From the Crypt would need a kickstarter too
I would rather have LAH for the sake of variety. We currently have 26 WMS tables with DMDs and no Data East tables with DMDs. However, I have never played LAH.
I did happen to play both Johnny Mnemonic and The Shadow a year ago. I remember really liking one but not caring for the other. But I...
They are different, but there is a slight chance that maybe they started putting this clause in around the release of Metallica, which I believe is still SAM (but I could be wrong, I am no expert).
I remember when Metallica first came out, someone on Facebook asked about the chances of AC/DC...
The whole pie thing was about how much profit they make on each table. In addition to the money funded for the kickstarter, they have to share a percentage of sales to the pinball manufacturer, movie studio, creator of source material, actors, record labels, etc. So they are cutting the pie of...
You are right. It was $100 for one copy and $150 for five.
If they are obstinate about not selling TAFG, they should at least offer it at the $100 tier on whatever the next kickstarter is.
And my guess is that the five Sony licenses are:
Bram Stoker's Dracula
Ghostbusters
Starship Troopers...
Good interview. I really liked the explanation about why some shots are impossible.
I don't like Bobby's logic regarding Addams Family Gold. What about the people that got screwed pledging $100 dollars for the Pro menu on the Twilight Zone kickstarter (It was given free to anyone that...
It isn't a pro option. On the ps4 and xbox1, you have the options to set the room as light, normal, or dark. I believe that dx11 on the PC version also has a lighting slider.
I think what happens is the PS4 downloads the base game first and allows you to start up TPA while still downloading the DLC. So you won't have access to the DLC until it is finished installing them.
