I use my thumbs exclusively, Nudge Scheme "D" (I used to use "A" but find the reduced distance to the Up nudge in "D" helpful, although I had difficulty keeping my thumbs in the reduced flipper zone at first). "Invert Nudge: On" is very important - I visualize this as pushing the ball instead...

+1 ...just thinking ahead to 27 tables here... it might also be huge to have the ability to copy settings from one table to another... or have global settings that affect all tables unless overridden on a per-table basis (kinda like a customizable "default settings" setting, if that makes sense).
