Upped my best from 8.7M to 10.5M. Did it by just concentrating on the Queen's Chamber from the right flipper, up and under. Then with MB, I focused on the drop targets and the Chamber. Kept that going for a long time. Everything else just falls in place. 18M is impressive though.....nice!
Jack, Bride, Pin. Haven't played much Pinbot though, so maybe I undervalue that table. I wasn't very impressed with it though through a couple of games. Having fun with Jack*Bot!
I also have the feeling that support differs per platform, seeing that some of the employees are fare more active on this forum than others. I have seen more reactions to questions, bug threads etc in the android section for example than for iOS. PC's Reitmeyer is also very much involved but...

I remember that bug too, only I believe I could play on regardless, but maybe it needed a drained ball to reset or something. Some tables are more "buggy" than others, and often it's a ROM thing more than what Farsight did in it's programming. I still would like to see a "hard kill" button...

Are you sure it goes beyond 2 hits per body part? I was under the impression that it is capped at 2. Anyway, I mostly collect those with grazing shots up the left Bride ramp, so I really don't keep count.

This bug sounds familiar and has probably to do more with how TPA resolves the "input initials" process than with getting extra balls. We had some tables a while back that gave this kind of behaviour if you touched anything between the end of the game and the "input initials"...
If I understand this correctly, you have to light another EB without collecting those lit in the in/outlanes? That's a tough one! That means that the Heart ramp is out, only shooting the Shuttle ramp will feed the right flipper without triggering the right inlane.
