I couldn't say, but for example, the space between flippers on MM have been decreased (it's obvious when you watch first videos). This fix comes with a patch (not possible according to the interview) or have they modified the DLC file? It's not clear at all.^^

I find the Rudy's Mouth shot a lot easier in TPA than in PHoF, but on the other side, the upper trap door shot needs more timing in TPA (it was too easy in PHoF). I like it this way, it's more rewarding to get million jackpots during multiball. But what is annoying me, it's all the glitches...

Actually you can pull back it only one third of its length... Weird. It makes plunger shot so unnatural and unpredictable.

First game on Funhouse (PS3), and the ball vanishes just after a multiball starts. I shot the ball, and BooM, it vanishes in the middle of the table!! O_o' I lost a second ball in the right outerlane, and then, the multiball sequence kept going, although there was only one ball one the table...

Is this a bug? You can't pull back the plunger totally, only one quarter of its length (3 or 4 little arrows, drawn on each side of the plunger) It's weird (in PHoF, no such problem), and it makes skill shot too hard.
