NOTE: I am locked to a lower resolution than before. I normally use 1680x1050, but even if it's set to that, the game goes to 800x600 or similar. Any reason why it does this? Even if I have all settings maxed, the resolution quality is still set to 800x600.

Confirmed. Thank you! This issue is also present on Star Trek. I tried activating the Poker Mode, but the problem actually persists with holding the Launch button itself. So it isn't just on Champion Pub.
