Basically it's a program that lets you create/recreate pinball games. Not just building them, but playing them out as well. So similar to TPA and the like.

This one is HARD...

I just crashed while in-game. Seems that any interaction with the table (i.e. playing it) causes it to crash while getting off of fullscreen mode.

By the way, it looks like the PS4 version on the cabinet. I noticed the cannons are white instead of pink. Yep, can definitely tell. DirectX 11?
