Buy-ins were an integral part of the table though which is why (at least at my location) they were only half a credit. You had to travel through all of the modes linearly and there was no stacking. Basically, there was almost no way that you would be able to get through all of the game without...
I played this one a few times in an arcade and it is a very good table, with a plethora of shots and all around excellent gameplay. This table definitely needs to be released in TPA sometime.
This is a difficult goal, but it can be done pretty easily if you focus on it and only shoot when the light is lit. At least it isn't as bad as PHoF where it was completely glitched where it wouldn't count any shots around the orbit after the first one.
The highwire ramp bug is rather annoying especially when you are in the wizard mode and the shots to raise the ring master just keep clipping right through the ramp.
I have a picture of the game up from IPDB, and I cannot see any of the planets or stars in the middle of the playfield. The top left astronaut cannot be seen and the arm of the one on the left is slightly visible. I tried to snap a couple of quick pictures, but they came out even darker and I...
I just played TPA on my PS3 for the first time in a while and the lag issue seems to be gone for the most part. ToM still feels a little bit off, but I am no longer completely missing shots like I formerly did. I'm just a bit sad to see the lighting get butchered like it did.
I just started up the PS3 version again for the first time in a month and decided to try Blackhole. I cannot believe how awful the lighting is on that table. The entire middle of the playfield is completely black and the only part of the ball I can see is the shiny top. I know this is not a...
There is nothing pathetic about the sheer amount of content you get in Gears of War 3. TPA was the only other game I have played since the release of Gears 3. The non-online components of the game are not just limited to the single player portion of the game (even though it is fantastic) but...
That is some pretty bad news. If they only have 1 achievement to work with for the tables, it should at least go towards a real challenge like beating all of the Wizard goals. Making it a top 5 highscore one is just pointless.
I finished off the CV and am down to the last 2 on MM of Video Mode and Battle for the Kingdom. Right now I am focusing on the video mode one, but am struggling to even get it activated. Can you give me some tips for activating it? Thanks.
I was planning on doing one final clean up very soon then sending an email to the address that Mike Reitmeyer posted in another topic. Hopefully that will set things in motion as to getting these problems fixed in a timely manner.
If you don't mind me asking, what is the best way for me to report any graphical issues that I find in the game? This is concerning mainly the PS Vita version.
Just came into this topic to suggest Cue Ball Wizard, but you beat me to it. I just love the layout and the sheer number of targets to shoot for on that table.
I feel your pain. I had beat the Genie battle so many times before I was finally able to get the Harem challenge beat. They really should have swapped that one with the camel race challenge or possibly the ruby one.
Great job! I should be done sometime soon too as I am down to 1 in CV (stack multiballs, lose all but 1, then shoot ramp quickly) and all of them in MM. I want to be able to exclusively play it and try to get accustomed to the slower framerate. I find that when I jump around from MM to other...
Metalzoic, I fully understand where your screw this attitude is coming from. I just had another game of CV ruined by glitch. I am going for the "Activate Ringmaster Battle" wizard challenge and have just defeated the 3rd ringmaster for the Razz multiball however the ball doesn't get...
From my searches of the forums, I have only found 1 post by the developers relating to any problems with the Vita version and nothing on Facebook. The first 4 tables were excellent, but when the first DLC came out they screwed up the textures on most of them. Plus the tables that were released...
Are the large number of bugs, glitches, and other issues in the PS Vita version of TPA being addressed? It just seems like every other system here is getting confirmation of bug fixes and other upgrades. There is even a complete list of all of the identified problems that is growing day by...
