Couple of things: yep, the Diner did play nice :D The left ramp was very easy, much more so than the TPA version. Other shots were not so forgiving! And at 7:35, that's me playing KISS :D
The main issue is, Farsight sold their physical Sorcerer table sometime between Williams PHOF and TPA, so they'd need to get a new one to get it up to TPA's standards. And I guess when TPA started, it wasn't on their list of priority tables, and hasn't got back there since. My guess is we'll...
When the multiplier is at 6, you can no longer light the Blast Hole for Wheel awards by shooting the ramps.
The only way (as mentioned below) is to start Super Payday at the West Coast. (And during Super Payday it's probably easier to keep shooting the Bunker to collect Wheel awards.)
It's already in there. Try it on the Mystery Rider kickout on HD3. Somewhat pointless in the context of the game, but good for practice! It is actually implemented better... looks and feels more "natural".
