No we didn't get a confirmation on RC Tycoon.
Might have a licensing issue like the Monopoly pin. They have said Monopoly won't be coming because the Monopoly board game app license makes a TPA version a total no go. But FS has never confirmed that RC Tycoon is coming, but they have also...
We are in the minority my friend. I actually like it too. Many hate the tight ramps and also dislike the rules. A filing cabinet is also not exactly an exciting idea for a toy. But I love the theme and music. The table art is well done and I actually like the filing cabinet. Not a top twenty...
Pinball Magic and Kingpin are my two most wanted Capcom pins. I have played Pinball Magic on a few occasions and really liked it. I have never played or even seen a Kingpin in person but based on reputation and the gameplay videos, I'd really like to have a chance to play it (even if it is...
I hadn't played Hurricane until just a few years ago. Made me laugh when I played it. Wondered the same thing about if it was the original intent on Cyclone.
The first time I ever played Cyclone, I assumed you could lock balls in the ferris wheel for multiball. I'm reminded of this everytime I throw a ball in there. Still wish you could.
Nothing about the video has me all that excited about playing this. I'm sure I will still give it a try at some point anyway. But I do like the Tron style lighting.
My first two votes went for Haunted House and Sorcerer. Two great pins with great themes. Updated version of both would have great potential.
My third vote went to Future Spa. Such a strange/pervey theme. Imagine the DMD animations for that one. :o
I
That Taxi was a mean player, fast and dangerous. The year before he refurbed a High Speed. His work is just beautiful. I'm not sure what he is working on for this year.
I really enjoy the Cyclone art package. I think it's much easier to appreciate in person. Lots of little details when you look at it closely. Not nearly as interesting to look at in a digital version.
I'm totally with Frank on his ferris wheel comment. My friends and I really loved that toy...
I've played two different Avatars (both the pro version) and they were drainy just as you described. It has some very dangerous shots for sure, especially the suit shot on the ones I've played. At least you won't get bored playing marathon games. ;)
I'll be curious to see your opinion of Avatar after you own it for some time. That pin has never clicked with me. I haven't played it very much though. Not sure if I'm giving it a fair shake.
Centaur is such a nice looking pin. Always gets a wow from me.
Thanks for sharing the pics Kevlar.
I always enjoyed Meteor. Played it a lot back when it came out. Nothing flashy but it was a good playing pin. I'd like to see a couple more pins from the classic Stern era like Meteor or Seawitch.
