As a workaround, exit from TPA and then open the recent apps menu. Swipe TPA from the apps list, and then try to reopen the app. Clearing the app from the recent apps list may help you with this issue.

I noticed that on EATPM (on Android at least) the right ramp has signs of wear in the form of ball abrasion marks and black dust. This is probably how they got this table, so they just digitally recreated it.

Absolutely!! It makes it a total PITA to map screen taps to the special buttons like launch ball and magna save in joystick apps. Review the x/y axis of all special buttons and apply a consistent location for the buttons to all tables.

Bumping this thread again. G+ has all the functionality of Facebook and more (communities, hangouts, fine user control ) without the Facebook users (or putting it nicely, mature users who aren't juvenile trolls and understand that development is hard) ;-) Would appreciate an official answer...

Have you tried opening the installer by right-click and selecting (Win XP) Compatibility mode? That might get you over the line.
