The better indicator is PHoF: Williams Collection on PS3 since it outputs to 1080p (Zen only does 720p) and is also made by Farsight of course. Playing PHoF in 1080p on the same TV, same settings, etc. has absolutely zero lag. Of course the same is true of the PS3 version of TPA on some TVs...
Very interesting article. I never knew they were an insurance company in Japan either. At least they refer to the video game console line of business as one of the more successful parts of the electronics division, and not one of the parts putting its electronics division in trouble.
The pack with White Water and Space Shuttle hit Android on April 19th I think. I'm pretty sure PS3 has been at least one pack behind at all times since the DLC started coming, iirc.
I think you're misunderstanding. I'm not saying that we will be getting Champion Pub anytime soon, I'm saying that Android hasn't either yet so PS3 will be caught up if they don't in the next 8 days.
Meaning that the most recent release on Android and PS3 would both be the Centaur & Pin*Bot...
If the PS4 has built-in controls for adjusting the level of illumination coming from each light source then you're probably right, it really shouldn't be that hard to implement in theory. However, I'm still somewhat hesitant to assume that a dynamic slider should be a quick and easy thing for...
So I just thought of something really interesting..
Right now the most recently released pack on Android is the Centaur & Pin*Bot pack. So if the Champion Pub & Whirlwind pack isn't released on Android in the next 8 days could it possibly be that a console will have caught up with a mobile...
Did you mean cross-buy on all three rather than compatible?
Even that seems unlikely since it has been stated that there will be a discount on the PS4 tables for those that bought them on PS3/Vita, but they will definitely not be free. Since there is going to be a PS4 discount for previously...
Very true, so maybe FS doesn't need a slider but just a light-dark toggle setting then? Two preset options would seem to be easier to program than something completely dynamic, going back to the previous point about the best uses of their development time.
Man, its going to be tough limiting it to 10 votes. A lot of these tables look really interesting.
Hey, since I only voted for 5 EM tables can I use an extra 5 votes here? :D
Edit: OK, after making some tough cuts based on having other similar tables already in or coming to TPA, I got down...
I'm still considering how to round out the ten votes but I'll definitely be including BSD, Fish Tales, and Getaway. Those three feel kind of mandatory, I mean how could you not vote for those three just based on popularity and reputation alone?
Great site - I love the Bowen Kerins tutorials...
I made a small $10 pledge. I'm not all that interested in a lot of the additional incentives they offer so I didn't really want to throw a lot of money at it. However if it was coming down to the wire and they were a little short I would consider increasing the pledge amount.
I would...
It would be extremely interesting to see that but I'm sure all four would have something in place to (at least try to) prevent that info from getting out.
The PS3 trophy list has been updated for White Water, Space Shuttle, Pin*Bot, and Centaur. Hopefully that means we'll be seeing the next patch coming soon too. It should be the one with the ball collision fix and possibly another improvement on the lag issue.
Then of course the table...
You won't see that lighting on the existing consoles, not enough power. PC will certainly get it at some point though, it just depends on how long it takes.
Moblle devices currently wouldn't have enough power either, but who knows maybe someday.. they are continually improving. Some tablets...
