The colors as seen on the iPhone, those are what the tables actually look like in broad daylight. The colors seen on PS3, well those are some interpretation of what they might look like in a slightly darkened room. The colors seen on PC, well it's the PS3 but cranked another 5 notches.
It's...
Title: DMD of Cirqus Voltaire being cut off
OS: Win 8 Pro
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Screen: Windowed and Full 1920 x 1080
The top of the DMD is being hidden by the cab of the table in CV.
You can really see it when judges post up their score at end of ball (didn't wanna show the...
Nope, can't have it mapped to both (I tried on day 1!). Also, in case anyone cares, you can reassign the nudge to the d-pad, since if you are using the shoulder buttons it's very uncomfortable (at least to me) to try and stretch my thumb up to the stick.
My votes:
Rocky & Bullwinkle - because it's good for a laugh
High Roller Casino - I love a good gambling game of pinball
Monopoly - it's Lawlor, it reminds me of Safe Cracker (which was originally supposed to be a monopoly game)
Nascar - again, Lawlor
Roller Coaster Tycoon - despite how much I...
Title: Harley Davidson Center Plunger
OS: Win 8 Pro
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
Screen: Windowed and Full 1920 x 1080
100% in all 4 angles of view
Expected Action: I don't play Harley enough to know for sure, but I don't think each time I flip the right flipper that the center plunger is...
On the real table, if the ball hits with the proper speed and angle, no nudging is required. There is nothing to activate, it's just the ball bouncing off a rubber post and through a gate opening in the inlane. I will say that it does not happen near as often for real though that it does in virtual.
It very well may be Sean. I hope this build is merely a place holder for final look and instead is all about working out the kinks. Some tables are fine, but I felt the need to bring it up because you know, squeaky wheel and all that!
Hehe, hmmmm....ya got me there! And yes, even if the tables were in shades of day glow orange, to you long suffering 360 owners, it'd still be miles better than nothing at all.
I plugged my PS3 into my computer monitor so I could do some apples to apples comparisons. Unfortunately I can't take screenshots of my PS3 to highlight the differences, and it's been requested not to post screens of beta tables, so visually this won't be a terribly interesting thread!
Still...
That's why it kinda surprised me, as shouldn't they be the same standard 3" flippers as every other machine? I still think the perspective on them also does not match the perspective of the ball guide leading right up to them.
Whaddya make of the ball reflection? Not present on PS3, but I can...
Okay, this is an odd one. First, this stuff...
OS: Win 8 Pro

Screen: Windowed and Full
Res: 1920 x 1080

In view angle 4 it is really noticeable, but it is also present in all angles but much harder to see. It is present in all tables, but...
Oh man, I was all set to post a whole mess of screenshots, and then I read Mike's comment! Whew, that was close.
All the screenshots that were posted for tables previously that were of the 360 version...yeah, that's what it looks like. I'm not happy about the lighting on some tables. AFM looks...
Just a question for you, what controller are you using?
I'm using a 360 wired, and have the flippers mapped to the shoulder buttons. On the tables you mentioned, no the shoulder buttons won't enter in the initials. However, the triggers will. Did you try that?
I noticed that I was able to complete standard goals and roll right into wizard goals while still on the same game. Or I think that happened. I know, lotta help I am!
Anyways, I can confirm what everyone else is pointing out.
