Yeah..Rocky and Bullwinkle, Judge Dredd....even something like Back to the Future or Robocop should be doable for modest cost. These are not exactly hot licenses anymore.
TBH, for me the "Pinball After Dark" is pretty much smoke and a unnecessary distraction for the core product. I don't think...
Yeah, but were pinball tables ever rated in this way? According to the ESRB definition:
MATURE
Content is generally suitable for ages 17 and up. May contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content and/or strong language.
ADULTS ONLY
Content suitable only for adults ages 18 and up...
Well...on the table I sometimes play, I can catch the ball and fire it into the target in an aimed shot. As far as points go, I would agree the shot is not worth getting upset about and makes no real difference to a high score. My only gripe (and, I use the term loosely, overall the table is...
Agree with you on the fast cast, what we had right now is a crap shoot, not a skill shot. as the name suggest a "skill shot" is supposed to be a test of skill. What we have right now kind of defeats the purpose of that kind of shot in pinball.
From my perspective, it really depends on what kind of negotiations FS have been able to do regarding Data East tables. I think realistically the only Gottleibs worth releasing which are left would be Stargate and a couple of others. FS clearly has some kind of special deal with Stern, so there...
As title says, when you go into the main table menu, (the one with the start button in the middle, etc) the camera pans the view around the table, but it does not provide a view of the upper portion of the backglass or show the plastic fish topper that sits on top. The settings of the panning...
Interesting how the same game differs from table to table :-) On the Fish Tales, I used to play you could live catch the ball and then shoot it into the target as an properly aimed shot.
Hmm, yeah I actually tried this method too, but all that happens is that the ball goes into a regular lock. I'm playing on the PC and it seems like the timer for this shot is off.
You can nudge forwards just as the ball hits the flipper. This seems to deaden the speed and stop the ball sailing through the outlane. But as per my previous comments, it appears that you cannot catch the ball and fire it in for the Fast Cast. On the real table, this skill shot is not as hard...
So..after having played a while on the table, the FAST CAST skill shot does not seem to work after launching the ball. When I catch the ball with the left flipper and launch it directly into the Caster's Club target I just get a regular ball lock. On the real table I believe you can catch the...
I see drain type #1 all the time on Star Trek: The Next Generation. Especially on the right bumper. I've never played the real table though, so I cant comment on how realistic or not this type of drain is in that game.
