And please make the game rules a little more interesting and maybe get rid of the randomly placed drop targets.
And a Mac port of Zacc and AoP would be nice, too.
I think it's probably very expensive (computationally) to include visually believable transparent flippers because you have to simulate refraction to make it look good. OTOH - ASK Homework is evidently capable of magic so they might find a solution sooner or later.
I can still play Zaccaria Pinball (latest version) on my iPad 1. Some of the FX are obviously not available but it's still playable and fun and it looks great. And I keep buying new tables on a regular basis. (Bronze membership / buying tables individually to support ASK)
@ Zsolt:
How long until this is available on Mac/PC?
Are you already working on it?
I don't want to buy a new iPad just for Zaccaria, but maybe I have to - if you add more awesomenesses at this pace.
I think the reflection is still a little too strong especially near the bumpers (3rd screenshot).
It would be nice if all the new effects could be adjusted and/or disabled manually.
I have never seen a coin operated EM/SS set to 5 balls out in the wild, and I was a true pinball addict as a child. 5 balls must have been an absolute exception.
reddit has a few communities that might be interesting. You could post intro/gameplay videos or screenshots there every time a new version is out.

That would be great. The thing that I found most annoying were the rather simple and repetitive game rules of the first decade pins. (space man, etc.). And not one of the tables had a bonus score feature. I also thought the apparently random placement of the drop targets was a bit weird.

BUG: iPad 1, ios511 :
The App doesn't switch to landscape. The last version also had this bug, but now with the new physics it's annoying because I know the game runs faster in landscape. Can you please check this, Zolt?
I like the new physics (feels more like in version 1.1 again), ball...
Sounds like your score is higher than the maximum allowed score for that leaderboard. Your high score should reappear once Zsolt adjusts the setting for that leaderboard.
I don't know, those could also be leaf switches.
I think bumpers/slings so close to the pop-pumpers could be problematic on a real pinball game.
And the holes' shapes are round, not rectangular with rounded end caps on the thinner ends.
If those were slings there should also be additional...
That's nice, really. Zaccaria Pinball is the only game I play on my iPad 1 on a regular basis (besides iMAME and sometimes a llamasoft title).
Looking forward to play the new physics, but going by the comments i've read so far, i'd prefer accuracy over speed.
That's great to hear. I'm certain you will enjoy and master the other tables too when you've learned to use the nudging controls intuitively. At least that is my experience. Nudging really makes a hell of a difference and the way it's implemented nearly perfect (IMO).
When I was younger I had two EM pinballs and the ball sometimes found the most fascinating resting positions.
- Behind one of the bumpers.
- On an inlane rollover switch.
- Everywhere else where the ball can be put in a balanced position by hand.
I also like how the ball sometimes rests...
