Honestly I hope not. They can definitely clean up the tables (bugs etc) but the physics are still better even with the updates. They are more like AFM, but still better...

I think its random because the ball still seems to behave in a predetermined manner. Just with 2-3 different outcomes now. Either way, a step in the right direction :)
I've noticed a lot more randomization in the new tables with respect to kickouts. Kudos Farsight for implementing this, such a simple thing really makes the tables feel closer to their real life counterparts. Also want to give a mention to the new post STTNG physics! Fantastic stuff! The tables...
Ive also been unable to log in, change my password, or garner any type of response from Farsight to my multiple messages regarding this.
Very frustrating and disappointing.
Has anyone had this actually work? The instructions say it activates by completing the 1-3 or 4-6 spot targets. I've done this many times and haven't even seen the lane light up much less work.
