Someone here on the forum did, that works partially, at least for me. Start the game in DX11, Backbuffer W: 1920 Backbuffer H: 1080, Fullscreen. When it has started, hit ALT+ENTER, to go into windowed. If you hit ALT+ENTER one more time after that, it should go into fullscreen, but now with the...
2 lamps are missing at the bottom of the Monster Bash playfield, there are holes in it instead. Visible with camera angle 3.
As far as I remember the original machine, it had the table's creators name on it.

A bit more noteable when it's lit. It was fine before the update that introduced 'animated' rollover switches.

I've tried already, it toggles between windowed and fullscreen. Windowed seems to be in the correct resolution, but the borders of the window, and the task bar is visible. I can hide the task bar, but that small little blue edge is still there. Pressing alt enter again sets it to fullscreen...
Probably yes. Is that bad? I've heard that it's older, but I can run recent games without issues at 1920x1080, so I didn't bother looking up the advantages of dvi. My graphics cards and my monitor supports dvi, I just don't own a dvi cable.
I'd settle with a fix like that as well, however I don't see any My Digital Flat-Panels option in my ccc. This is how it looks like for me:

Also, I might be wrong, but doesn't GPU up-scaling comes with quite a performance hit? I'm afraid my old 5770 might not be...
This issue has been around for me since the first public Dx11 beta. When I launch the game in dx11 mode, I have to black lines at the top and the bottom of my screen, like when using a wrong resolution or aspect ratio.

It's just speculation, but I think the sounds are not playing from the rom itself, they are recorded/extracted for better quality... So it might be that FS recorded it only with family mode on...

With the new lightning engine, I hope light based modes get implemented. (Like Strobe multiball at Attack from Mars.) It's not on the ps4 unfortunately.
When starting the "chicken" multiball, the heart, the teeth, and the "to crypt" flasher should be synched to the rythm of the music. They are not moving at multiball, but working fine in other modes.
Tested at pc, and android.
