I have a feeling now that this whole Season Pass is being scrutinized, maybe it will remain intact along with the individual table purchases with the addition of some sort of a disclaimer (fine print, but required reading) stating that even though one purchased the Season Pass, that the...
I love this table. It's both fun and funny...it's something I'd expect to see inside of a Bass Pro Shops retail store next to the electronic shooting gallery. We have one nearby here in SoCal. ;)
I use iPad 3rd gen, iPad 4th gen & iPad mini Retina. I've completed "Join the Cirqus" on iPad 3 & iPad 4 with no "Join the Cirqus" Wizard Goal recorded on either. The only thing I can think of which *may* be causing this is that am NOT "logging in" to any account (neither Farsight nor Game...
I believe on Cirqus Voltaire, the "Join The Cirqus" wizard goal is unattainable. I've done it a number of times but the goal is never recorded, neither in the wizard goals themselves nor on the machine as there is no way to keep the emulated table's settings (clock/date/time) after you exit the...
I doubt it's the 64-bit aspect of the iPad Air since I've never ever seen a crash on my iPad mini Retina. The mini Retina is identical to the Air as far as hardware goes. The mini Retina is just a smaller iPad Air...actually the mini Retina holds more to the name "Air" than the Air does with the...
I believe there's more to blame in iOS 7 than with TPA. Logically, if making a significant change to one thing (iOS 7) while keeping something else (TPA) the same, the usual suspect would be the one (iOS 7) which has changed the most.
But then again, it could be (as you mentioned) a combination...
This is a known issue with the newer iPads (Air and mini Retina). See the following for acknowledgement & explanation by Stuart @ Farsight:

Yes indeed. It's odd that it affects the iDevices with a faster processor than the iPad 3's A5X (with the exception of the iPhone 5). The iPad 4th gen's A6X and now the iPad Air & iPad mini Retina's A7 does it as well. Also odd that it only affects that single table. :(
Device/OS: iPad mini *Retina*/iOS 7.0.3, TPA v2.91
Bug Description: In-game menus (except for the Main Menu) are shrunk down to ~1/4 size. Main Menu sizing (icons) is correct but text within the "buttons" is small (Season One Tables, My Tables, etc). "Login" and "Achievements" text in those...
Device/OS: iPad mini *Retina*/iOS 7.0.3, TPA v2.91
Bug Description: Stuttering on Whirlwind table *only* when camera scrolls quickly to follow the ball. This is EXACTLY the same behavior I see on Whirlwind on the iPad 4/iOS 6.1.3 (iPad 3/iOS 6.1.3 has NO issues). Note the stuttering is not...
If you haven't yet done so (you probably have though), try resetting your device and see if you still get the random slowdowns:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold...
I really doubt that having the oleophobic screen coating wear off your screen would be causing screen errors. Otherwise, Apple would be getting a ton of returns since the coating can wear off pretty quick with heavy use.
This may be an issue with iOS 7 in general rather than the fault of the iPad Air. Yesterday I was in a Verizon Store paying my bill and they had the Air out on display where I was finally able to see iOS 7 in action on an iPad (and on the Air no less). Having all my iPads still on iOS 6.1.3, I...
The sound on TPA is not in stereo to begin with...AFAIK, it has always been mono so having stereo speakers on a device will not really help improve the sound quality at all. It will still be mono but fed to two speakers instead on one.
I've seen (actually heard) the same thing with an iPad 4 on iOS 6.1.3. I first thought it was a one-off issue since the next time I tried it, it was fine. I'll have to make note of the frequency if it happens again.
The menu's color scheme matches the Victory table's color scheme spot on. It took me a few seconds to actually see it. Does it clear off the screen normally once the table is started?
Yes, it was removed a few versions back. I believe it was of no real use (because of the massive performance hit) and users would inadvertently turn it on which made for dismal performance, which would in turn cause some tech support headaches (which I remember seeing quite often in these forums).
I would *seriously* think of doing the Best Buy trade-in again where I'd get ~$240 for my iPad 4 Wi-Fi or ~$215 for my iPad 3 Wi-Fi + 4G Verizon model (I know, not the best deal but it's EASY). I did this some time back (traded the iPad 2 for the iPad 4 & hung on to the iPad 3) but this time, I...
