This is exactly what I've been doing since iOS 7 was released on Wednesday...and by the looks of things (reviews/issues/performance issues in general, even on higher-end devices like iPad 3), I may not be updating ANY of my devices in the near future. I'm usually one to blindly update but not...
It will eventually happen if you want to run newer apps. The requirements will just keep advancing with the new hardware which just keeps advancing more rapidly as well. It's never-ending. :(
I'm hearing of many with performance issues on the iPad 3 & 4 under iOS 7, and this is not even running TPA. I'm currently at 6.1.0 on my iPhone 5 and 6.1.3 on my iPad 3, iPad 4 and iPad mini. I'm holding off on iOS 7 on all the iPads for now until more is revealed on how these device are...
The OTA downloads are probably varying in size according to the device. I've seen a screen shot of one device (don't know which) offered the download with a size of ~1.2 GB but personally, my iPhone 5's OTA update is listed at 752 MB.
I'm personally waiting to update later tonight or tomorrow...
I don't foresee any compatibility issues. What worries me more is a performance hit using the newer iOS. The performance of TPA suffered (on the lower-end devices like iPad 2) when users updated to iOS 6.x.x (from 5.x.x). The iOS 7 is update quite large (I believe ~1.2GB in size) if downloaded...
Harley is my least favorite and the one and only table i did NOT buy. Something about the theme rubs me the wrong way. It may work well in real life...like in a bar, but I just can't take that "Live to ride, ride to live" line over and over.
Under iOS 6.x.x (I'm currently running v6.1.3), I've always had to enter my Apple ID password twice at that same step so I don't think that part of the issue is iOS 7 related.
Your other issue I can't comment on since I'm NOT running iOS 7
Device/OS: iPad 4th gen, iOS v6.1.3
Bug Description: Whirlwind table stuttering issue. Stuttering occurs when camera scrolls to follow the ball path.
Steps To Reproduce: Play the Whirlwind table (using a scrolling camera highlights the issue greatly)
Frequency: 100%

Yes, it happened to me as well. The App Store showed the update but in reality, the update version that was downloaded was v2.7.0. So updating simply re-installed v2.7.0 rather than v2.7.1. Very strange App Store glitch I couldn't make head nor tail of. I did finally get the real v2.7.1...
Yep. You just have to remember to make a backup of your old device. Just before getting your new device, make a backup in iTunes of the old device. When you actually get your new device, don't set it up as a new device...instead, restore it using the backup from the old device. All your...
At the moment, the free version shows 2.7.1 has been released. The paid version shows (in the App Store) that a new version has been released but it has the same v2.7.0 listed as the version(?). Have not yet downloaded either but that will soon change.
EDIT: seems the App Store was in the midst...
The bugs you've reported have been logged & are long-standing issues. But please keep reporting them...it just adds to the validity of the user submitted bug reports. Now whether or not FarSight ever fixes these long-standing issues is another story. But at least we've done *our part* by...
Welcome to the forums, Strathacker777! We have a specific bug report topic at each version release for bug reporting if you want to post at that topic as well. Here's the direct link:

I doubt you can find them for download. I pesonally archive mine by using iFunBox. Once they've been updated/replaced by the app, there's no getting them back. For this reason, they are of no use unless you run an older version of the app as well as the older table version(s). Running the newest...
Good point. Still, with the iPad 4 being approx. twice as fast as the iPad 3, it just seems strange that it has worse performance on this specific table (in my experience) for some odd reason.
Nope, no background apps are running. Believe me, I know since I always close all apps after use and especially when testing issues like these. Power-cycles as well as resetting the device (hold Sleep/Wake at the same time as the Home button, wait for Apple logo, release both buttons) have been...
