Adjustable room lighting & Super Bright LED lighting option.
I love the vids on youtube of really nicely LEDed real pinball machines in a dark room. Just a little slider for room lighting in options would be nice, along with a Super Bright LED kit on/off toggle. Ever seen a Super Bright...
I don't know why, but I never thought I'd run across other CAVE game lovers on here :) (I dig Lumines, and the Treasure shooters too). Cool.
Now, if only the 8 officially announced tables that haven't been released yet on 360 would start coming out.
Lots of good ideas here, including several that I had also thought up (before looking at this thread). Writing a huge email to send to Jersey Jack with my ideas. Might post them here after I've finished and sent it.
TPA is easily the best digital pin I've ever played, and it is radically more like real pinball than any other digital pin game released for consoles (not a mobile or VPin player), BUT it does fall well short of real pinball... but what doesn't? TPA tables do play like the real ones they are...
1. Pin*Bot
2. Whirlwind
3. No Good Gofers
4. Taxi
5. Sorcerer
6.Space Shuttle
(omitted BK, since it's been announced, and Firepower, as it does nothing for me)
Paul Faris just flat out stealing the look for the Space Invaders pin from Alien & H.R. Giger, and killing it with the art package = easily the coolest of these.
Count "me too" as one who would love to see BBB on Pinball Arcade. In fact, I'd be all for a Capcom Pack or two. Would love to see BBB, Kingpin, Airborne, and Pinball Magic. Okay, all are rare, especially Kingpin & BBB, but the licensing might not be too tricky, as they aren't movie/TV...
Jive Time and Firepower do less than nothing for me, but they (if redone) will likely be paired with something I can't pass up and I'll end up with them anyway. The rest I would gladly buy again, considering the quality of the updates represented so far.
They seem to have been leaning on the IPDB list over the Pinside one, which assuming STTNG is a different issue, means Addams or Indy. I'm guessing Addams, because the clamor for it on their facebook page, and the Kickstarter comments easily outpaces that for Indy, which I would assume to be...
AMEN TO BRINGING WHITE WATER TO THE PINBALL ARCADE. Used to be maybe my favorite table at Castles N Coasters... before they started to suck as hard as possible, short of getting rid of (quite) all of their pins.
totally agree with all the comments, the hit box is too small, and sometimes when you hit more than one at a time they don't drop, and in a game where hitting them in the right order has such an effect on you're score, it would really be nice if they worked a little better.
I love all the vids on Youtube of mods for AFM. Makes me wish that Farsight would offer cool mods that people have really done on their machines as DLC for the tables. At least the option for room light control and LED lighting upgrades.
Anyway, glad that AFM is coming to Pinball Arcade...
AC/DC, Spider-Man, Elvis, Getaway, T2. ST:TNG is gonna happen already, I really think, so, I voted for others. Ritchie is great, quite the pin resume. Spidey is my favorite of the ones I've actually played, but just barely. AC/DC LE looks like it could take the crown though.
ALL OF THE ABOVE, except maybe Fastbreak. Love the NBA, but it's so outdated with having real players on it, and the odd scoring system.
MY 5: Scared Stiff (2-pack with Elvira And The Party Monsters, please), TAF, T2, World Cup, Judge Dredd (always wanted to try it, but haven't ever had a...
