I will also hold off on buying all the packs until portrait mode is in just in case it doesn't happen. It is a great step forward to get it out on PC but it needs to offer a little bit more than a console. ie: portrait mode and/or better lighting. I would even be prepared to buy a...
What's nice to see is the Pro Pinball guys supported the Farsight Kickatarters and Farsight have supported the PP kickstarter. We all love Pinball and it's so good to see two professional software houses supporting and pushing pinball to the masses. Both are welcome on my cabinet any day.
Very impressive!
Here is a reminder of the Kickstarter page:

This is a real Pinball DMD. It uses the PinDMD interface to connect a real DMD to a PC. Visual Pinball/VPinMame already support it. Excellent news that Pro Pinball will too! Pledge now!
We must remember that Silverball went out of business even though they recently delivered games on Wii, Xbox, etc. I am delighted that they managed to get the core team together again. Times are tough in the UK and I am sure they need to work on paid projects to cover staff costs and not risk...
Thanks Ryan. Wired Xbox controller on non rooted Nexus 7 with no third-party mapping software works with the two upper back triggers perfectly.
One minor related issue. When using a wired controller with Nexus on a stand you need to rotate tablet upside down so controller cable exits the top...
Can't get clearer than that. All PC supporters regardless of pledge level.

I actually think that 'wee tee man' is the highlight of the Special When Lit video and it is worth the money. My wife and kids find it hilarious :). It's true it is full of what I class as 'eccentrics' but to my wife and kids I am also an eccentric. She's wrong of course - I mean it's...
As night said the ball look is crucial. I can't comment on Ask's ball but the ball look in Zen is one of the reasons I just can't get into Zen - the ball is like a 100 watt light bulb - why ruin a game with such as ridiculous ball?
I also agree the PA ball is spot on perfect.
Too late for ultra greedy Microsoft. The damage is done. They could drop the price to $10, offer to deliver it and install it under my TV for free, and I would still kick it out of the door. And there are a lot of people who will do that on principle.
Does anyone know if the PC kickstarter beta build entitlement will include all kickstarter supporters who chose PC as their platform of choice (ie: 10$ +), as per Farsight's January announcement in an email, or are they now reverting back to include only those people who 'originally' qualified...
So if PS+ is supported by the PS5 that comes out in 7 years from now should be get a free upgrade for tables, and the PS6 in 14 years time?
We have a niche hobby and the fanbase is not large enough to support the model proposed. If Farsight do this, then they won't long and it's goodbye PA...
But the PS4 isn't a PS3 like Android isn't an Xbox 360. It's a new platform that happens to come from the same company (Sony).
At the same time I can understand your frustration to have to buy again.
Who said I am happy about it being in DirectX 9? Actually I was quite surprised. What I am happy about is knowing it can get a whole lot better when it gets upgraded to a new DirectX version, as they are not currently taken advantage of what modern PC hardware can achieve.
A lot of people can't afford and won't upgrade to a PS4 at least for 18 months to 2 years. The PS3 has been out for a long time now whereas the PC version has as yet to materialise, and people who buy tables on the PC now know improvements will come which will help sales for the NEW PC product.
