Attack from Mars, according to me the best table in the world. Perfect workmanship, playability, melody, and the play of light gives the best experience. :) Otherwise I like the tables that have flippers on the other hand, as the Haunted House, Black Hole and now beautifully Ghostbusters me because it goes. :D

I wouldn't call AFM underrated at all. It's very highly rated and highly regarded.

I went with "other" but from that list I would say Flight 2000. It feels like they nailed that one (without having played the real thing)
Unique rules, unique Old Stern flipper tuning, nice difficulty tuning. A blast from the past by Harry Williams.

Centaur is also fantastic, but a bit to easy, compared to the real thing

How can Cactus Canyon be under-appreciated? I thought that was one of the most wanted tables when it was announced and it is a holy grail for many collectors. I would rather say it is one of the most overrated tables of them all. I also think that Farsight could have done a better job with the recreation of it.

I am also one of the few (apparently) that think they did a great job on El Dorado City Of Gold. Yes I would rather have had one of the other 5-6 versions of this table(Target Alpha, Canada Dry, Solar City, Eldorado 1, Gold Strike, Lucky Strike) but still an under-appreciated table in this forum

Big Shot gets the price for most addictive but simple rules table but it is not under-appreciated.

I'm going with Whodunnit.. with HRC getting getting honorable mentions..Quit litterally my two favorite tables but seems more dislike them then like them and I can't understand why..both are just so addictively fun to play.

I LOVE Whodunnit ! One of my favorite tables, easy to get into - with an awesome theme. But my vote goes to Flight 2000. An early Stern SS pin, easy to understand - harder to master.

Toss up between HRC, Tee'd Off, and Starship Troopers. All extremely good games, and seem to be widely hated. Also none of them are in the poll.

I gotta admit I just don't get HRC. I don't mind the voice-work, but the theme doesn't do much for me (casinos aren't that big in the UK really). It just doesn't feel that much like a pinball table to me - more like lots of novelty gadgets with the pinball as an afterthought.

That said, it's different - and I'm glad it's in there.

No Good Gofers has grown on me and I find myself playing it an awful lot now. (Never actually encountered it in the wild.)

I am also getting the strangest liking for Centaur, a table I found horrible on every single level - play, visual design, etc - when I first met it.

There are others which others might consider underrated which never were for me (Haunted House, for example, always loved it, and I'd have bought TPA just for Funhouse, my favorite pinball machine of all time.)

I've been playing it for much of this evening, it is good fun. I wouldn't call it underrated though.

Glad to hear you came around. There is nothing strange about liking Centaur, it is a genuinely fun table once you learn the rules.

I feel Black Knight 2000 was underrated by me to start with. It kept telling me "you can do it, you can do it!" I couldn't tell what "it" was. After learning how the table works the voices and music went from trolltastic to funny for me. Even my girl likes this table and she is picky (not a pinhead).

I also like some other tables people seem to hate. Big Shot, a pure skill no luck kinda game, flailing will not work.

I think Elvira and the Party Monsters is underrated mostly because it's over shadowed by Scared Stiff.

Party Zone has made me give Dr. Dude a second look "hey dudes lets par-Tay!" I still am anoyed by the gift of gab rant, the rest is growing on me in a funny cheesy kind of way, like BK 2000.

I will say dispite the theam and some of the art, LCA has GREAT sound and a unique layout.

I can find something to like about any pinball machine I guess, I just appriciate variety.

"Class Of 1812" solid as they come.
The Turds?
1. Haunted House (I Am A Nightmare)
2. Black Knight (Fix Me Please)
3. El Dorado (I Suck Ass)
4. Goin' Nuts (Yeah, I Suck Ass Too)
5. R.B.I.O.N. (Yeah, I Was "Core" Throw In Junk)
Funny, most of the tables mentioned, favorites of mine.

Genie definitely! Love Genie. Also it's weird, looking at the table rating survey a lot people dislike the tables I like :(

Flight 2000 is a very good one too

I would've rather had the 1974 version of El Dorado myself. But a big "loud and clear" on Flight 2000. That table made me more interested in other Sterns from that era. I can tell that Stern used the same voice chips they used on their video games Berzerk and Frenzy. Its' old school 80's flavor keeps me coming back.

Big Shot is one table I'd like to try IRL. Its' simplicity and pure skill are obvious in TPA-I'd love to see how the real deal measures up. Besides, every pinball fan needs a break from DMD every now and again.

Ripley's is underrated as hell. Probably the most underrated Lawlor out there. It got some nice touches that make it fun, and getting to the Wizard Mode can be pretty challenging.

You get a lot of references to tables like TZ and TAF too, which is pretty cool.

Yeah why do a lot of people dislike Ripley's?

Eh, I actually find it one of the easier rulesets to understand. It ain't the most complicated table ever.

The layout of the table is so congested for me. It's just not a fun pin to play, no rally or timing involved requiring skill. It's definitely got Lawlor flavor all over it, but clearly at the bottom of his resume.

It´s a very hard table require more skill then I have anyway :)

I can think it may be the theme that is perhaps a bit racist? It has so many great shots and great gimmicks and fun modes the theme is the only thing I can find not to like.

RBION, for the reasons mentioned above. Gameplaywise it's the best lawlor table....yes, I went there. Its more diverse than TZ that has everything hinging in 1 corner of the table and is more challenging (you have to actually finish the modes, not just activate them) and more technical than TAF.

TAF has the better theme though. RBIONS is ok, at least more coherent than tz, but just in general a bit more random.

Stacking modes like timed modes, multiball and 2x playfield is fun to build up to.

The one con against the table is that a game can take *forever* once you figured the table out, due to all the EB and specoals. At which point breaking your own highscore becomes a war of attrition.
