Never had HP. I always thought it was probably the Hewlett-Packard of sauces.

HP is good. Very similar to A1, but A1 is more bitter. HP has a little bit of sweet bbq taste to it.

Wouldn't dream of eating one without mustard - delicious with though.

Sriracha Sauce. Hooked on it while over in Frisco. Gringos have it on everything.
