While it's ok for someone to voice their opinion on tables they may or may not like, it's not ok for them to keep voicing those same opinions over and over again in an unconstructive manner.

By the way...welcome to the forum.

That doesn't make much sense in this case, but you're the boss.

... and thank you, hope to be here for many seasons!!!

I voted for (some by missclick on my iPad):

Big House (1989)
Class of 1812 (1991)
Cue Ball Wizard (1992)
Genesis (1986)
Haunted House (1982) (this should have been Joker Poker)
Mario Andretti (1995) (this should have been Mars God Of War
Rescue 911 (1994)
Solar Ride (1979)
TX-Sector (1988)
Wipe Out (1993) (this was not a miss click, but I should have put the vote on Spirit)

:p

My votes

Bone Busters Inc
Cactus Jack's
Class of 1812
Cue Ball Wizard
Frank Thomas' Big Hurt
Haunted House
Lights, Camera, Action!
Rescue 911
Street Fighter 2
TX Sector

There's a Big Hurt on location in Chicago I play every now and again, and it's a pretty fun game. An actor buddy of mine was doing some commercial work with Frank Thomas recently, and I asked him to ask Frank Thomas if he had any strategies for the game. My friend gave me the exact quote - "Put a 'big hurtin' on those balls!"

So - I would LOVE to see it on TPA.

I was surprised to see Diamond Lady gameplay was linked to one of my videos :) Out of the list, that's the only game I've played in real life. It's good for target practise, but other than that the ruleset is pretty shallow. It does have a special place in my heart (being the first pinball machine I had at home) so I had to cast a vote for it, though.

Obvious choices were Cue Ball Wizard and Haunted House, both of which are beautifully prerendered in Microsoft Pinball Arcade (though not ROM-emulated). It's going to be tough putting those versions against each other.

Too bad Hot Shotz didn't make the shortlist. Discovered that game earlier this year at a show. Played it almost for 2 days in a row. haunted House should be a no brainer. True classic. In case Joker Poker makes it: there are both an EM version and a SS version of this game. The playfield is the same, but the rules are completely different. That could be a fun extra: being able to choose between which version you would like to play.

I noticed EM and SS versions of a few games on the list: Cleopatra, Joker Poker, Sinbad, and Solar Ride. I assumed Pin Wiz was listing SS versions of all of these as their sales numbers (per ipdb, anyway) were always much higher than the EM version, but perhaps Pin Wiz could confirm this assumption? I noticed that the gameplay videos for these tables are all SS as well, except Sinbad (can't tell from the video).

Edit: never mind!
Welcome to the fifth poll in the PAF Top Ten Most Wanted Table Poll Series featuring 30 carefully selected Gottlieb/Premier Solid State tables.

Correct, I have listed the Solid State versions of the tables you mentioned since they ranked much higher than many of the later Gottlieb Solid State tables.

I'm not trying to troll when I say that not a single one of these pinball tables interests me.

So instead of voting for these I'm going to vote a top 10 tables that didn't make my cut in the Williams and Bally polls.

Hurricane
Fish Tales
Diner
Cyclone
Black Knight 2000
No Fear
Junk Yard
Embryon
Xenon
Fathom

As I suspected, I was unable to find 10 tables in the Gottlieb/Premier Poll that I'm interested in. Although, if Counter Force, Arena, and Circus had been included in the poll, I would've had no problem voting for 10.

As it is, here're my votes:

Cue Ball Wizard
Devil's Dare
Haunted House
Joker Poker
Spirit
Tx Sector
Diamond Lady
Time Line

The one of these that I've played recently is Rescue 911. My daughter liked the helicopter toy a lot.

(We were at Pinball Wizard, and she's still so freaked out by the Rudy head on Funhouse that it's difficult to coax her into the entire row of the arcade containing Funhouse, which unfortunately includes most of my favorite machines. So we were hiding out in this row of mostly Gottlieb/Premier machines that was out of line of sight of the creepifying visage of Rudy. We played a bunch of rounds of Super Mario Bros. and Rescue 911.)

Hey, I'm an adult and Rudy creeps me out too! :)

I need to set aside a good hour this weekend to really go through these tables and decide which I'm voting for.

I only voted on two tables from this poll, SF11 and Haunted House, they are the only two I remember playing in real life(And enjoying). I will give any other tables that get picked/made a try on demo first then decide If to purchase.
