I seriously doubt that Farsight is doing only one table this time. They did give us a hint for "the first table in Season 3", not the only table in Pack 21

in that case may be you'll explain why every time before number of balls with question mark matched to the number of released table for that month, and how can some table be first for the season, but not only one for it's table pack - do you think FS will start release tables twice (or more) per month? - at begining of a month first part of table pack and at eom - second?

Just one table in this pack? Yes.
TAF? Don´t think so.
Fish Tales? Maybe, but it´s not "big" enough for a table pack with just one table.
Hmmmmmm.

I enjoy Fish Tales but if they released it as a single table, pardon the expression but they would be jumping the shark with that.

I would be surprised if they went to single table releases, sales of the less popular tables such as big Shot, Genie etc would bomb without a more popular table to piggy back on.

What will become the new price if they start releasing single tables....?

I am of the belief that this will not happen unless it is for a table with an ancillary license. However if it does go that route, I would say it would be variable. Probably $5 for a licensed table (kickstarted or not), $3 for DMD/Alphanumeric Solid States, $2 for EM or Numeric Solid State. Oh and $10 for Evel Knievel just because of the extra demand and awesomeoness! ;-)

I think it would be a huge mistake for Farsight to make non premium tables all of a sudden premium. Again, they could've done this earlier with tables like AFM. It just doesn't make much sense to start now out of the blue, especially when they still have PHOF tables left to release.

Everyone on the FB page is asking about this. So far, no response. (Though they're answering every other question asked.)

Maybe they need to start releasing just one table because they aren't making enough profit to sustain their current workload, especially if they're done with the PHOF tables. Not stating this as fact; just saying it might be a possibility. We don't really know yet.

Yeah, they did get royally screwed in the XBOX debacle. I recall them stating they never saw a penny from that release. I do remember Bobby saying on the first podcast interview that they were making more money than they had expected at THAT point but it didn't indicate if that was being profitable at all let alone how the state of business is now. I can imagine that with Steam and the upcoming next-gen releases, that should definitely bring in some major cash flow. It would really suck for any release strategy change until they can absolutely determine how they are going to be financially after the next-gen releases. Hopefully they will have some comment to add sooner than later. They must be aware of the chatter by now.

It would be weird to see Fish Tales as a standalone table at the standard table pack price, especially when it'd be competing against packs featuring an A side and a B side table (even some double A sides), but I wouldn't mind a one pack non-premium table if it was half the price of a regular pack, and if it wasn't to become the standard.

But I'd be happy with either Godzilla or Twister as a premium table.

Saying that, I'm stupid and will probably end up getting whatever table it is (and the season pack) the very second it drops.

Me too. I keep saying that I won't get a season bundle due to being disappointed with this past season, but I know I will just end up getting it anyway.

so..then what is a point? btw if you buy it as tabple pack instead of season pass - it much more profitable for fs as separate table pack cost much )
