It actually is shown historically that updates tend to have a donation spoke that follows them. This was a major issue, and criticism of the way previous kickstarters were hands by farsight. They don't have to update daily but any landmark should be acknowledged (50% of goal would be a highly appropriate one which we will hopefully see tomorrow). Other nice updates could be photos or videos of their table and eventually announcing a stretch goal or goals. Just little things to keep the donors engaged and get the fence sitters to participate in the campaign.

If there is 3 grand per day, the goal will easily be reached. I also imagine that the next kickstarter will be a good deal easier to reach; about 17 or 24 k less?
