3. Hercules
largest pinball machine ever to reach commercial production. So huge it used billiard balls as pinballs, leading to incredibly slow and dull gameplay.

That's a great choice, because not only is it not any good... as a video simulation, its gimmick (its enormous size) wouldn't even be noticeable!

And yet I actually had to argue with a guy on FB how ludicrous it would be. The WHOLE point of Hercules is GONE when brought down to TV, tablet, or phone size. I had to actually argue this obvious point!

well, I wonder how many A-list DMD games there are left that don't have a bunch of licensing issues....

Doesn't need to have a DMD as Pin Bot will always be my fave real pinball table.

As for great tables with no license worries (beating a dead horse)

Roller Coaster Tycoon
Fish Tales
Junkyard
Earthshaker (with sinking institute)
F-14 Tomcat
Space Station
Bad Cats
Mousin Around
Party Zone
Red & Ted's Road Show
Diner (too much red on the playfield, but still great)
Cyclone

There, that's six months worth.

Unless it has the underrated "Surf-n-Safari", IMO.
I would love to see a Rescue 911 and Freddy Nightmare on elm Street Gottleb pack, also wouldn't mind Surf n Safari and Wipeout pack. One more off hand Class of 1812 and Cactus Jack, those packs would be great and I know theirs a few others just can't think of them now. I can't wait for the Gottlieb/Premier poll tomorrow Rescue 911 here I come.

I love Popeye a lot, when I had visual pinball I would play Popeye, lord of the rings, Cactus Jack, and Baywatch. I played those every day, I also have to mention Independence Day also. So my most I favorite games would have to be EM tables and some Early 80's tables but not all, Centuar is actually growing on me even though I really suck at it. Like I've said millions of times The Addam's Family is what got me into pinball, after that it's history. So I was 22 when I started playing pinball, and yes I tried it before that but pinball didn't catch on too me until then.

Black Rose
Corvette
Indy 500
Judge Dredd
Party Zone
Safe Cracker
Who Dunnit
World Cup Soccer
Jack Bot
Junk Yard
Road Show
No Fear
Getaway
Dracula
Fish Tales
Hurricane

^ That's just from the Williams and Bally polls alone. All DMD machines

Then you have some Sterns like Monopoly and RollerCoaster Tycoon which should have similar license prices to Ripley's or Harley Davidson.

Hell, Harley whores it's brand to anything...can't be that expensive. As for RCT...it can't be that expensive...surly not enough to require a Kickstarter.

Didn't Gary Stern essentially did an accidental slip-up of that one on an interview, anyway? Same with Tales from the Crypt.

It was so long ago. Who knows.

But I've seen video of both and I think they are fine machines. Especially Roller Coaster Tycoon.

There was a RCT at the theater near me but it's been gone for a while. They had TOTAN for a while, then AFM, then RCT, and last time I was there they had an Austin Powers.
