Yes, the nes30 pro and other 8bitdo bluetooth controllers have a native iCade mode, it should spoof an iCade.
I have one myself but haven't tried it on TPA. I'll check it out.
Now you are building the straw man arguments.
1) The comparison does not regard the accuracy of digital pinball (or cars) vs real, they can never be the same. The point is that the experience is so different that relative value in price and availability doesn't even enter into it. That's silly...
I don't really know why anyone would want a disc for TPA. It doesn't have all the tables so you need to download digital content, anyway. And it's not like it helps for game preservation when the disc is stuck on an old version and still requires a patch.
Really irritating that the LE tables...
Pinball is the thing I've wanted most for VR. I will buy a PS VR for Zen and SPA as soon as I can afford it.
If anyone has a PS VR and a PS4 Pro, I'd love to know about the difference in IQ. One of the problems with SPA in Gear VR is how muddy the playfield is.
Visual Pinball isn't on my iPad or game consoles.
Farsight is the only game in town as far as recreations go. (I also own all the Zaccaria tables)
That's a bit like comparing the relative value and experience of a DLC Ferarri in Forza to a real Ferrari.
As far as what we know or don't know...

Oooh, it replaced Fire? That's brutal! Fire is pretty sweet. There's one I play up north.
Here is another good reason to never put Hardbody in TPA: Flexsave. Interesting idea, sure, but the "special" buttons are very difficult to use on a touch screen for those of use that prefer playing on...
Farsight has bad taste in pinball confirmed.
It's an awesome license with some hilariously bad art and bottom-barrel gameplay. I have quite a few Data Easts I'd like to see first.
I agree! R911 is terrible, LAH is underrated. It has some of the worst art I've seen on a table, but as Premieres...
That's a fair way to look at it, but another way to look at it is that there are so many tables that are much, much better and far more deserving of one of the very limited spots available in TPA. We get 12ish tables a year and who knows how many more seasons of TPA we can expect?
The reason...
Gladiators is the table for December.
No, we can not be done with the Gottlieb Premieres. Happy Holidays!
Rescue 911, TX Sector, Big Hurt, Bone Busters, Gladiators.
5 out of the last 10 table packs have been Premieres, and not even good ones. I'd maybe hold off on buying any future Season...
There is a Hardbody where I live and I can assure you that it is a bad game. So is Q*Bert.
I think everyone is this thread is setting themselves up for disappointment. We're getting yet another Premiere next month (Gladiators) and I think Premieres are going to dominate the rest of Season 6 and...
Whatever it is, I have a feeling it's going to be a Premiere.
Royal Rumble is Data East so that would end up in Stern Pinball Arcade.
I do love that table, one of the better Data Easts.
It's Gladiators.
I was joking when I said the rest of the Season would be Premieres. Looks like it really is going to happen.
Gladiators is okay, I've played it.
It's not as good as about 40 other tables they could have done instead.
