I actually thought it was a bug that wizard goals couldn't be achieved immediately, so I "fixed it" for iOS. Turns out the design was to not unlock wizard goals until all standard goals are complete and the game ends so I had to revert the "fix".
High Speed and Pin*Bot have a similar sound set. High Speed has around 300 samples ranging from 10KB to 6MB at 44100 sample rate. The total size of the sound set before compression is just under 135MB. Pin*Bot's is just under 160MB before compression. Taxi's is just under 140MB before compression.
I still haven't been able to reproduce this (I spend time looking into it every month when you report it). I did put in some code to refresh the setting for it, but it seems that it didn't help. :/
When cloud saving is enabled, Steam supposed to download whatever is in your cloud before you can launch the application. Was cloud saving disabled on the old installation of Steam?
