Nothing official from Nintendo but there is a ton of discussion coming from developer sources.
I know we're way off topic but I love my Vita, too. I've owned every Nintendo handheld, the original Game Boy was my my first game console, and the Vita is the first one I've bought that wasn't made by them. Without a doubt, the Vita is my favorite handheld that I've owned. Sure, the vast...
My friend lives on a main/heavily-trafficked road in Broad Ripple, IN. That's a big college town in Indianapolis. The ONLY internet she can get on her street tops out at 200kb/sec. I'm not joking, it is frightening.
I'm not buying any more tables until we get a response from FS. Sucks, I wanted to play TX Sector, but I can't keep giving them money for a broken product or they'll have no motivation to fix it.
Ehh.... Their apps have been half-measures. Nintendo is "experimenting" but they definitely aren't ready to leave the handheld space (no matter how irrelevant it is these days) as the NX is some handheld/home console ecosystem/hybrid. No one knows for sure but a handheld component is confirmed...
I'm just going to link to this thread, because it says everything far more eloquently than I ever could:

Btw, did you know that PS VR and all the other HMDs allow (indeed, require) you to use a standard controller (like the Dualshock 4 or XB1...
I made a thread under iOS but nobody goes there. Basically, framedrops, hitches and stutters abound. I've had extreme flipper lag at random, moments where the game stutters or simply freezes for half a second mid-play. It's ruining the game. I don't recall performance always being this bad and...
I know this is going to sound rude but you really don't know what you're talking about. Have you actually tried VR? Like, really sat down with a market unit and some polished software?
Has this been an issue for awhile? Am I losing my mind? Because iOS has been my primary platform for a year and I started playing more on PC for awhile. I really don't remember it being this bad. Was just playing Victory and the game froze for about a half a second while the ball was falling...
As of a couple updates ago (i'm not sure if this is a TPA or iOS problem, or both) I began noticing that TPA would hitch on frames, or drop them. This was around the time of R911. I thought it was just that table at first, but I've since noticed the issue on every table. Some have it worse than...
VR Gimmick? You mean the thing that the entire industry is moving towards and Sony is best-positioned to make mainstream? Your information is bad, the MS Hololense is a gimmick that only exists in PR videos and has years before coming to market. PS VR is an entry-level HMD that works with...
Shutyertrap is right. In addition to poor internet infrastructure nation-wide in the U.S., we are seeing more and more ISPs impose datacaps in more and more cities.
Also, VR isn't going to flop. It's just going to be a slow, iterative growth. Sony's console business really is their only...
The problem with the Wii U was always value. $300-350 was too much when it released, the fact that it is still $300 in 2016 is mind-boggling. Especially when the Game Cube was $99 two years after launch. The tablet must be very expensive to make, which is ridiculous because of how low-tech it...
Sorry Eldar and Steven but I think you are forgetting one thing: unlike those other consoles, the Wii U is the worst selling Nintendo console of all-time. And just where is the software support? Zelda was just delayed into 2017 and is cross-platform, and Star Fox just bombed hard. They have...
I've had pretty good scores just disappear from the LAH high score table. I've also noticed that as of a couple updates ago, on iOS, the game has been hitching and stuttering randomly on a bunch of tables. I'm on the latest firmware on an iPad Air 2 and it happens at least a couple times a...
I was excited at first, but after playing a handful of tables I lost interest. I have issues slogging through boring stuff to get to the good parts and the physics have no weight to them. Beautiful game and nice concept, but it just makes me want to play TPA or Zen.
Hmmm, that's pretty interesting. I certainly hadn't considered that either.
Still, the physics in Timeshock definitely feel more "wild." I would really love to know how they do it.
