Since it's the first table I remember playing it's one of my favorites. It's also a shame my dad sold his for $500. It was in really good shape too. :(
We plan to get a Pin*Bot in, and I know it's on the schedule, I just can't say when yet.
My dad owned Pin*Bot, I remember playing it as a teen and I'm pretty sure it had initials, even though I don't remember getting my name in the high scores often :D
The optional update only fixes the 4 launch tables. The Title Update which you are "required" to download to stay on xbox live adds the new tables.
I think you will all like the lighting on the optional update better. It removes the overblown washed out look (that's really obvious on the TOM...
Unfortunately PC games don't make as much money, so the business people always put it last.
Pack #4 will require a title update. The code for those tables wasn't done when we submitted the current title update.
Welcome. I know how much it sucks to have to wait for releases and information. I'm still waiting for a release date for Dawnguard for PC (Skyrim DLC).
When the DLC is available the tables will show up in your menu. I'm not sure if Microsoft is going to do any featuring or marketing type stuff for us, I don't deal with the business side of things.
We have been working with MS to see why the DLC hasn't been released. Other than that there is...
I would have set the game up to hide that message if the content wasn't available had I known it wouldn't be released with the title update. Unfortunatly Hindsight is 20/20
Management has been talking with Microsoft, a different person/group handles the actual release than the person who deals with the submissions. We'll post something as soon as we know.
We are limited in number of achievements (8 per quater), but the DLC will each have an achievement for getting a top 5 score for each table. Looking back it might have made more sense to go with complete all the wizard goals, but it was too late to change that after some people on here...
I believe Black Hole changes to the gate were done after we submitted to Microsoft, so those changes won't be there. They should be on the next update we do.
It had to be "optional" because you aren't allowed to force someone to download 100+MB update to your game. This was why we originally failed our first submission. We tried to patch the 4 launch tables in the title update.
Personally, I don't know why someone wouldn't want the game they payed...
Sorry we didn't tell you the title update was available. Microsoft didn't tell us it went out. As of yesterday it said "In Review", so we weren't sure what to report (first time doing a title update). After they waived the MU bug, it went back to certification so there was a chance it could...
