Grabbed them all on Steam a while ago. I think for $20 the lot. So I did okay. Mind you I got a good chunk of the way in to IV before I got bored... it takes itself too damned seriously. VC was a complete blast, completely tongue-in-cheek, larger-than-life characters, and more than enough...
That hint can't come around soon enough. I'm running out of tables. Well, tables that I would be interested/excited to see.
I mean I could go to ipdb and just run through a list of 60s EMs if I really wanted to.
The 7950 was a top-end card in its day. It's slipped somewhat - it is 3 years old after all - but it can still hold a candle to newer cards. It's roughly equivalent to the GTX960, but I'd say the 960 is going to have far better power consumption and noise factors than the 7950.
Sure, that's great and all, but you need to have a ball cradled to do that.
What you really want is a giant map front and center in the playfield, a la Red & Ted. That would be fantastic. Instead you get a bad photo of some bikers.
It's gone quiet in here, hasn't it? Everyone too busy beta testing Xenon, huh?
SoF would be cool. It's a different layout and very much a game designed for the times (it came out around the same time Gauntlet was around, I think). Fun to play.
Oh, and I played Seawitch briefly recently -...
Here's one I played recently. As you can see, the Canadian flag is left of the Spook House, the American flag directly above it, and one I can't identify to the right.

So... maybe it's...
The extreme lack of variety. Three multiball modes that are essentially all the same. A tragically bad video mode that isn't even original to this game (it was the same in Guns N' Roses) that you play far too often. Launch the ball, bat the ball or balls around, drain the ball, rinse and...
I figured that. Well, as long as you don't light locks by accident. If you do that you risk house balls from plunging after collecting the 3M, though I think it may be safe to short-plunge?
Another table where I'm no longer inspired to go back to it.
Next low-hanging fruit I think is T2. 2B...
Okay, Top 15. And I just put up the #36 score for EaTPM (173M) to start on my account for the next one.
A question for Tarek, vikingerik, about EaTPM... seriously, how long did getting those scores (1.5B, 800M) take?! Took me the best part of 1.5-2h for 173M, and scoring doesn't get any...
Well, BSD, SST, and Ghostbusters (lest we forget that!!) were all part of the Sony deal that we first learned about when BSD was announced.
The Shadow isn't a Sony movie, but Johnny Mnemonic is (it's TriStar, the same as SST).
So if there's still a license left in that package, there's a good...
Around the release of Party Zone, someone stumbled upon something that showed five upcoming, yet-to-be-released, tables: Party Zone, Earthshaker, Starship Troopers, Addams Family, and HS2: Getaway. Four of those five have come to fruition. Admittedly at the time we already knew about TPZ...
