Another bug (1.2):
iCade support: When I pull back the joystick, the camera setting changes, and then the table enters an infinite backwards-nudge loop. (app restart helps, the same happens when I try to set the joystick-backwards setting to none/disabled)
But -apart from backwards-nudging- I...
Maybe I'm just too slow/old or it's a hardware thing, but I would like to be able to adjust the physics to a higher degree.
All criticism aside, I still think that ASK has nailed the physics, ball rotation etc., everything is consistent and much more plausible than what other iOS pinball apps...
'Playfield Degree' is probably just a bad label. It should say playfield tilt or something.
The settings also yield different results across the tables.
I found one setting for Locomotion (0,0,34,100,0) that feels OK on that table, but on other tables it's still too fast. (I first thought I...
Version 1.2, ipad 1, ios5.1
The lighting seems to be a little messed up:
The drop target banks middle left and right are dark.
On the right slingshot pulses a glowing nut. (No joke this time , please look)
(The backglass is also dark, maybe a texture/lightmap mismatch?)

The sounds sound really good. The game design + artwork is interesting. So far, I think, this is the highlight in TPA's 2013 lineup.
I always liked the unlicensed tables more, their themes and artwork often reflect the spirit and culture of their time in a very unique manner.
Tables like...
A hint of lighting would probably do wonders, especially on devices that can't render all the SFX we see on the XBOX screenshots. And baked lighting on the textures costs nothing in terms of render time, gameplay. But it would add a lot more depth and realism.
My hope was that the TPA tables...
Perfect. The graphics are so good that I completely forget it's only a simulation. I already spent hours only watching the camera pan over the tables, marveling at the graphics. The only things that destroyed the illusion were the backglass textures and the start button in the middle of the...
Bug Report: Farfalla (Pre release)
I don't want to sound like a nutter, but I found loose nut, here:
I'm a little concerned that the swan to the right might swallow it or it rolls down and blocks the drain-hole.
I'm sorry :),
but the backglass texture in night mode (Dark Environment) could also use a little more back-illumination.
(This table is the one I played most of the time because it's the most playable on iPad1 in landscape+fixed camera. )
I'm looking forward to v.1.2.
I would recommend bronze too. I bought night mode separately but the new settings are pretty cool and I'm going to buy bronze now.
(is there an UI element to switch between 3 and 5 ball mode? I don't like 5 ball games)
