Besides being painful on a mobile device, the problem with the 3D arcade is that it would be painfully slow to navigate for people with the full set of tables installed. Imagine "wandering the aisles" for table #37 in a group of 42 or something. Every. Single. Time.
Not fun.
Not to mention...
Far and away my favorite Zen table. No coincidence that it's the most "like a real table" table in the entire Zen catalog.
While it's true that Zen games can go long, an hour is more like it versus the 10 hours Heretic is describing.
Event camera is a setting for when the camera zooms in on special events, like the ringmaster spinning in Cirque Voltaire.
Multiball camera locks the camera into a single non-scrolling view when you are in multiball.
If it's not already fixed on the PS3 in the super patch, and you somehow get it in there, you'll be my hero forever. AFM is my favorite table on TPA and I hesitate to play it because of that very bug.
You're new here so I'll be gentle :)
This has been posted on here multiple times though probably not recently which is why you haven't seen it. I know it occurs in at least one other game though I forget which one right now. The bug has apparently already been fixed in the Android version of...
Yeah, that's correct. Shouldn't have used a pinball term that means something else entirely :)
I'm referring to when you shoot the top loop from the left. When it comes back around on the right side, it hits something and bam, STDM.
Except that when you post a link, you're shown the thumbnail photo and can change it - or hide it - if you so choose.
So it still comes down to Farsight.
Based on exactly what should we give them the benefit of the doubt? I don't mean to be harsh but they've been working on this "new awesome improved UI" for what? A year? And the first screens released are kinda half-baked with placeholder text and so on? The last change to the UI was a step...
I think this is a major improvement over the existing UI. However, I'd like to see more graphics and...uh.... "oomph" in what is written on each button or ball in the menu. Look at Medieval Madness, for example. That banner is incredibly small and hard to read. Contrast that with Zen's menu...
For me, the big one is the random kickout from the loop on AFM. Getting rid of that alone is worth however huge the download is. I played AFM the other night and had a stretch where I lost something like 8 straight balls to that kickout.
