After rereading my post, I guess I should rephrase the question. You're right about practice and the grace period. Once I get the super jackpot strobing I hit it 90% of the time. My real question should have been - how the heck do you hit the right ramp? Is it even possible from a trap? I've...
I'm having difficulty achieving the RTU goal because it's so hard for me to get the super jackpot. The rest of the requirements are easy. How are you guys going about getting the super jackpot? It's damn near impossible to hit the right ramp from a trap on the left flipper so that shot is what's...
I can't offer an easy method for completing this, it took me weeks, but I'll tell you how I finally got it. Start a new game and just go for Mosh Pit start right away. Once it's started, trap 1 or 2 (preferably 2) on the left flipper and 1 on the right. Now just hold on to the 2 on the left and...
When the PC version comes out will it be on par with the current (let's say PS3) version or the PS4 version (updated engine, physics, graphics enhancements, etc...). If the former, what will the upgrade path be (will it be seamless upgrades through Steam or a TPA2 re-download/purchase)? I'm...
Oh, can you complete the Milwaukee Multiball, Battle for the Kingdom, Moshpit Multiball Super Jackpot, or 4 Trapdoor Loops on Funhouse goals (to name a few) at will? If you can do those consistently, then you are a much better player than I am. It took me weeks for each one of those and it would...
I got over 300K on Big Shot after only 4 or 5 days of attempts. It wasn't luck, I can assure you that. I haven't gotten anywhere near 3 million on Genie yet but I'm not going to quit trying. If they lower to bar too much, why bother calling them "wizard" goals?
I was really looking forward to this table, and although I think it plays great, it seriously hurts my eyes to look at it. It's way too bright and under-contrasted. I have a very difficult time seeing the gap for shooting the ball up to the upper playfield for instance. The lighting and colors...
I noticed this too right away. I usually stick with a game until I finish all the wizard goals, so it's a big annoyance for me to have to reselect the table each time I start the game back up again.
The trapdoor looping goal took me a very long time to complete (about 3 weeks of trying) when I did it last year. Are you sure something has changed to make it even harder? I was getting seriously frustrated trying to finish it originally, I can't imagine it being worse now, but I feel for you...
AFAIK, the current engine does not have dynamic lighting, so this sort of effect is not possible. I'm really hoping they implement dynamic lighting on the PC version and next gen consoles. It would make all the tables look a ton better.
