I feel your pain. I had my high scoring game of 760,000 last night and got the same problem, so my high score was not recorded (not the first time I've had this bug either). Thankfully, it did trigger the wizard goal though.

I haven't noticed any constant buzzing sound. I love the sounds on early Williams tables like Firepower, Black Knight, Blackout, etc... They reused some of the sounds from the video games Defender and Robotron and others, and those are likewise some of my favorites. I say turn it up!

I played the table for an hour last night. I experienced this bug and I also got a camera bug. I was switching camera views while the ball was being plunged and I was stuck in the plunger camera once the ball was in play. I couldn't fix it until I drained and plunged a new ball.
