Thanks... I guess it's just not there. I can stop pulling out my hair thinking it's something on my end. I asked on Facebook, and watched them respond to others in real time, leading me to think it must be something on my end and just not their problem Sad to know I was purposely being ignored...

Anyone know how to shift in video mode? (Mac Steam) spacebar shifts down But I can't seem to find what shifts up Not sure why anyone would want to shift down, perhaps the space bar was meant to shift up?

It's not the size of the screen that is the problem, it's the higher resolution and the DMD not rescaling to match (DMD is staying at 415x125 px). So while on a 1920x1080px 24" it might seem just right, it actually gets a lot smaller on the 2560x1440px 27" size screen, not bigger. 5k monitors...
