Here's mine, though I'm sure I'll enjoy whatever's offered:
Bad Cats (1989)
Black Knight 2000 (1989)
Cyclone (1988)
Diner (1990)
Earthshaker
Fire! (1987)
Flash (1979)
Grand Lizard (1986)
Space Station (1987)
Swords of Fury (1988)
When will we get to see the results of the first poll?
Ive seen that as well. I suspect there's a rubber there or something that would cause that to happen in real life, however it seems a little too bouncy in this simulation and does it in an often unnatural fashion.
Really enjoying the new update - though I did have to logout/login for my kickstarter tables again, which I didn't have to do after the last update.
I did vote for 8-Ball Deluxe over Centaur, however no regrets over this table getting the nod first as it's my fave at the moment! Also nice to...
Zaccaria Pinball also changed with the last update, though theirs was more subtle with adding an icon relevant to the new release to the app icon.
Frankly I don't see a problem and other apps do this as well without "harming the brand" so that's nonsense - Angry Birds Seasons anyone? I like it...
Yeah, they'd need to be doing a full season release to get me to back it at this point, although the fact that the Mac version has stayed current is encouraging. You also have the benefit of Nintendo making indie devs more of a priority on the Wii U and given it seems to be the only console...
Nice to see someone else in Glasgow here!
The HMV at the top of Buchanan Street now has a whole row of machines - I think they're up to ten now? Mostly Stern, but there was a White Water last time I was there along with Lord of the Rings, a malfunctioning Tron Legacy, Simpsons (Stern one), X...
I think if they use the gyro for nudge to help tweak it, using motion for it will be more nicely nuanced. I haven't completely ruled it out; I occasionally will miss a flipper hit due to touching the border of the pad rather than the screen area. I think generally using the iCade is more of a...
Well I think it's okay, but to be perfectly honest using my thumbs on-screen feels more responsive. I honestly don't think I'd bother with even a custom rig just because using touch in the corners works well for flippers. I do agree that games which use buttons for in-game events would benefit...
Same iPad, latest OS; no issue.
Some great advice from this board that I hadn't previously thought of myself when having issues is to power-cycle the iPad. I know I almost never turn mine off, so it's easy to forget that it is a computer and therefore clearing the memory from time to time isn't...
I'll give that a go tonight. I have the original one with the cabinet. I'd be all set to mod it, but I think Apple is long overdue for a controller API to standardise controls. When that happens I'll likely try to build my own rig. Using a Bluetooth keyboard was inspired, but as people have...
I think we'll see everything from Gottlieb Collection bar Play Boy and Strikes 'n' Spares, so that would seem to take us through the end of the year as far as re-release parings go.
That's a nice collection of tables. I opted for Catacomb as well, the interesting backglass play bit and the voice pushed me over the edge. It looks and sounds like a Bally machine from that era.
Nine Ball was also quite interesting - the frantic pace of the sound and the space/wizard thing was...
