It happened to me as well. I wuz robbed of 640 HOF points. Yeah, I know it's just a game, but I worked hard for those points. May I have them back, please? And someone mentioned they need better beta testers. I think the beta testers needed more time to work the bugs out.

Oh, call me crazy, but my decades in the customer relations business tells me a) there are no small problems, only small people and b) never never ever ever tell the customer you won't get back to him. That's a decision the pay grade above you makes. That's why he's a pay grade above you.

It's a choice to have either, but you can't have a pinball machine by accident. I'm a father of two, both grown. My daughter has two children, and I can tell you having grandchildren is great, shoulda had them first. No tables, at least not yet. But, that time is coming... Soon.
