If anyone lives in Southern California or Palm Spring, Pinball Madness starts this Friday-Sunday in Banning, Ca. Link has the details. I’ve gone the last 2 years and it’s great. They also have events in March.

I actually thought that left ramp in Pinball Arcade Creature ruined the game. One of the easiest ones to hit. And Monster Bash is much harder on the real table. So even though looking forward to some non-Pinball Arcaede tables, Zen versions will be a nice welcome
I think I only played SafeCracker a few times in TPA since it felt like a toy. The smaller playfield and no ball spin just wasn’t that exciting. In this version it kind of feels like I doing the 1 ball challenge. I haven’t quite figured out how to reallyadd time except landing on a square in the...
I only played for less than 30 min on the switch in handheld mode and could already tell these tables are much better than TPA version. I hated Safecracker before and what little I played seems fun. Theater was fun in TBA but way too easy. This felt more challenging. And CP always seemed off to...
For the Switch, when I tried to buy from within the game I didn’t find the new pack. I had to search directly in the online store under the download content for pinball fx3.
Yes, I can already do this. However, in DX9, it has the correct aspect ratio, so no bars and no flipper cutoff. So if they can bring that over to DX11, that would be great. And sounds like they spotted this issue over 4 mo ago and were going to fix it. Kind of hoping latest release would...
Yep, this is still busted even with latest release. The framing is perfect with the DX9 version, but I can't go back to that version. So it's a question of having flippers slightly cut off or have black bars on the side until fixed.
I had the Mist Multiball issue happen too. Couldn't figure what happened at first. Playfield got dark and one ball drained since flippers stopped working. Then I noticed the video mode too late and got attacked by a werewolf. When video mode stopped, I was able to play again.
So will they be rescanning the older tables with the new camera? There's a huge difference in clarity between Junk Yard and Monster Bash. Would be nice to get new scans along with the new lighting.
Yay! It works. Now that bad news. Looks like a port from IOS version with post processing and a level of detail add. Does not have lighting effect like pc version. Like on Medieval Madness, the castle gate lights up with green around the gate on pc version. Also couldn't get the xbox 360...
Yep, same results. Show as complete even though it didn't download anything. Was going to check out the Mac version but I'll enjoy Fish Tales on pc for now.
Yay! Back to a Williams table. Just don't find the Gottlieb tables all that fun. Only ones I didn't by in Season 2. Wonder if this is going to be full price or a little cheaper since only one table and not a kickstarter. I'll buy since I love Williams's table from this time period.
On the iPad Air I can get Post Processing to stay on but whenever I start it back up later, it's back off. And even when it's on, I'm not sure what it's really doing. Only on Cirqus Voltaire can I telling something different, like the big ball color is green instead of red. But then the neon...
They have added the post processing option back in the main options menu for the latest ipad. I just checked the iPad 4 and it's not offered, which is good since it was too slow when it was available. Now on the iPad air it runs smooth but haven't played enough to see what it is doing. Couldn't...
I just realized the best nudging option would be shake to nudge if you had the custom built cabinet. If the iPad was secure and TPA gave some sensitivity options for shake, you could have it work like a real machine.
