- I threw a no-hitter as a kid and lost - 3-2
- Atari 2600 was my SECOND home game console
- I played cello in jr high and high school because I had the hots for the neighbor girl. This venture was unsuccessful, in no small part because she was 4 years older and, thus, we never attended the same school at the same time.
- I've seen Foreigner in concert three times, once with each of their lead singers - the one with the original (Lou Gramm) was actually the worst show, despite it being before the health issues that destroyed his voice
- I have (2) Lindsay Lohan songs on my iPod. In my defense, I have hundreds of Beatles, Pink Floyd, Rush, and Eagles songs too.

HA! Gotcha beat there. My dad build a home pong-console according to schematics from a electronics hobby-magazine, we got an off the shelf Monarch after that, and after that a 2nd gen console featuring a primitive racing game actually rather than the ususal pong variaties... the 2600 was my fourth console technically speaking. Loved Keystone Capers and River Raid.
Okay, you could, nerd-wise still counter beat me if that first console was nothing fresher than the odyssee 1 itself.

I still have most of my old consoles/computers/game systems.
Just been up in the attic, this was my first one...

Closely followed by these...
nu4eta8u.jpg

Also still have...
Sinclair ZX81 1k +ram pack & games.
Sinclair Spectrum 128k+2 & games.
SNES (not working) & carts.
Original gameboy (owned by my sister) & carts.

(.... Discovered beer & girls / slight gap ....) Then (once settled down).

Gameboy Advance & carts.
Original xbox & a lot of games.
A Cybiko & Cybiko extreme (I used to enjoy programming them - emu's).
Wii (the wife's - apart from Mario Cart).
Various PC's & 2 Android phones.
Then since TPA - Xbox360 & Nexus 7.

I'm a fairly minimalist normally, with the one exception of old computers.

I got that for a Birthday present when I was about 8ish.
I've got a really cringy photo of me somewhere of me holding Frankenstien, and an album (vinyl) that's too embarrassing to speak of, sat on a bean bag (my presents that year).
I will never tell you of that album - or that I was wearing Nike sweat bands and matching headband in the photo (damn it!).

Nah, it was some four-player pong deal. But you're the first person I've ever come across who could top me when I said the 2600 was my 2nd console :)

That looks really cool, (nice website too) - I thought the dual screen feature from 1 screen was amazing at the time.

I still play mine occasionally.

Should get an old hardware nostalgia thread going somewhere. :)
