from the newsletter hint in newsletter #20, I'd say were definitely getting El Dorado:City of Gold with a small chance of Congo or some other table having to do with trees. Or out of nowhere suddenly Disney decided to sell off the Indiana Jones license cheap and were getting Indiana Jones. It's Highly doubtful that were getting Indiana Jones in this pack but it would definitely make season 2 compare much better with season 1 if we did get it.

Pool cues are made of wood and wood comes from trees...it's EBD for sure :D

So, logically, if she weighs the same as a duck, she's made out of wood, and therefore a witch! A witch!
I was waiting for someone to say it.

Now get on with it...

hmm, the hustle part does seem like a pool reference, but almost points right at sharkeys. I really hope it's EBD so I can just let it go finally.

Considering FS's love for Premier as of late, and since they probably need a DMD to go with El Dorado, I think CBW is really likely, and it does seem to be what most others have settled on as well. I bet once they get their WMS license back, the first thing we will see is another pure Bally/Williams pack.
As for modern Stern tables, we haven't seen any of those since Harley-Davidson. Somehow I don't expect that to change right now.

Changing my post.

The Gottlieb love lately, and the fact CBW got 3rd in our official poll (which sounds impressive but the poll was very low quality games all around) means it could very well be CBW.

Lack of any modern Stern all year suggests it could be the light-license Sharkeys Shootout, which is a great looking game.

The classic Eight Ball Deluxe has been a most wanted table and confirmed by Bobby earlier in the year.

So anythings possible. My gut instinct tells me it's going to be the table I want the least, and I'm barred by talking crap on it so I'll let you use your imagination on which one that would be.

Gaf, Wikipedia, says it's Eight Ball. Does that really mean anything though?

El Dorado and Eight Ball Deluxe would be nice.

I didn't realise the WMS licenses needed renewing - if we see Eight Ball, then I guess we'll have an answer on that.

Something that hasn't been mentioned yet that may point towards CBW being in the pack: Farsight have never put out two packs in a row with no DMD. The current trend is to have one in four tables to be DMD. So on this logic CBW is looking more likely.

Disclaimer: This isn't a rule that Farsight have explicitly stated, just a trend I have noticed recently.

The previous trend was to always have one DMD, so the trend can easily be bucked (to the tune of the 1812 overture even)

Not sure if this is news but the season 2 pack on Steam states that it includes: "El Dorado City of Gold™, and Cue Ball Wizard™"

Very disappointing.

I really am baffled by this choice.

I wish the Gottlieb poll was sandwhiched with another poll, this wouldn't have happened. Oh well, Captain Hindsight not withstanding, very bummed this afternoon.

6 out of 7 of the most recent tables are Gottlieb. Let's hope for a Christmas miracle and take a long break from Gottlieb.
