Yes! PBA Config utility doesn't save this value correctly because it's not in the list, this is a known issue, just type 2200 manually and don't go back in the utility. ;)
This is funny because i got this problem too on my cab but not on my coding computer, we've talked about it with Robert...
Yes it does work, my test monitor highest resolution when i'm coding is 1280 x 1024 and the dmd is displayed correctly but you'll lose some parts of the backglass artwork (mostly top) since your monitor cannot display it entirely.
Are you playing with a legitimately acquired version of the...
A similar feature could be adapted to work with TPA, but this would require a complete rewrite of the code since Future Pinball is not TPA, is BAM open source?
Something like this has been already made for TPA by another dev some times ago to work with Oculus Rift >...
With the default backglass images Robert designed (1600x1200), the DMD should fits correctly in the transparency mask but because of the portrait resolution the backglass image will be cropped on each side.
Looks good Robert Misner, could you please design a "default" backglass picture which will be displayed by my mod when no table is selected (it'll will be displayed on the second monitor when you start the game upon table selection). It just needs to be a picture with backglass + grill and a...
Yes SilverBalls you're right about the B2S animation cycle thingy, but the problem would be to display the dmd at the bottom of the backglass image because it's not a simple picture and i don't know if transparency is supported.
Well well, i've had some time to spend tonight so i've downloaded the backglass images Robert Misner has kindly designed (thanks again, it saved me a lot of time!) and i've started to code all the automate process to display dmd and backglass on a second monitor, and i can say that it went...
Great job! To be honest i had already thought of displaying the DMD on the backglass screen by stretching the top of the game's window to the other screen exactly like you did but i just made a few tests and that did not work the way i expected then i gave up! I'm glad to see that you finally...
Yes that would be a good thing to automate all the process, but ill need to chat with you on Skype or something, this way you could explain me exactly what you need.
If it's just about stretching the screen vertically, it won't be possible to do it with my mod because it only takes control over the ingame camera. Isn't it possible to achieve this by tweaking the vertical screen resolution?
Apart from that, i'm back at home, could you guys please summarize...
As you said it isn't working properly at the moment because the process name is changing, i'm currently thinking of a way to fix that, an option in settings.ini file to specify the process name to look for or game patching method to force it to launch DX11 version directly even if the game exe...
That's because by default it injects itself in "PinballArcade11.exe" process, with the rename trick, the launched process is PinballArcade.exe, the mod doesn't find the process and abort the injection.
If FarSight provides an update in the middle of my night and you let steam updates PBA, it won't work because the game's version will be something like 1.39.9 and the mod checks the version at startup, at this time my server setups the mod to work on version 1.39.8, you'll get the incorrect game...
Hey guys,
I'm aware that a new version of the game came out recently but i'm gently asking you to be a bit patient for the next version of the mod. I'm working on a way for the mod to get the new offsets from my server once it's updated, this way you won't have to download a new version every...
nudnick, you should create a new thread in the camera files sharing area to post your full pack with a little description of the views etc, because it may be difficult for the people to find it here as it's in the xenon cam settings thread.
