That's probably because you're using Frankenstein's cam file provided by Robert Misner and as you can see, his cam file is set to hide the DMD on the default view:
Try to uncheck this box, save the cam file, restart the table and test again.
Keep the PinballArcade11.exe file you currently have and when the game updates, replace the updated EXE with the old one, this way the mod is still working (in offline mode only).
The scripts won't have to be re-made, the mod should support direct table launching soon.

Start the mod once in online mode and double click the icon, grab the generated file, copy it on an usb key (or whatever you want) and paste it the mod folder on the computer/cabinet where you don't have an internet connection.

Your computer specs should run the game flawlessly even with the mod ON (even if it's not taking much more ressources). Please make sure that Aero is enabled + an aero windows theme is selected.

Jafjas, in the current build the offline mode isn't working properly, it should be fixed in the new version.
This is not planned for now, as the backglass / dmd are only displayed when the cabinet mode is ON and on a 2 or 3 screens setup, the DMD isn't supposed to be displayed on the playfield monitor.
seattlemark, depending of the camera files you've downloaded, some views could have been set to auto-hide the DMD, especially on Cirqus Voltaire, try to press the show/hide hud key (default key: H) and the DMD should appear, also uncheck the "Auto-hide HUD" checkbox on the mod for this...
