The darkness really detracts from the visual quality on most of these tables for me.. I have been against it from the start and cannot wait for the lighting slider to be implemented so that I can actually see the colours and fantastic artwork of these tables.
Wow, that is just bad. It seems like a terrible knock-off of the new Xbox 360 interface. I just want to know why it is so slow and jittery and who though it would be a good idea to implement that awful search system.
My initial and quick analysis of the latest patch shows that none of the bugs have been fixed. I will play some more and update this post and the original one if anyone finds something different.
Well just installed the update and MM still is laggy and has the flipper gap and BoP is still a graphical mess. I haven't even bothered to look at the other tables. Guess we are just waiting even longer for a much needed patch that will finally fix some of these bugs...
I just went to start playing and noticed that there was an update. The notes on the Vita said that it was to accommodate the next 4 tables when they are released, but that was all that I saw. Does anybody know if this patch includes any fixes to the existing tables so that I can update my bugs...
Thanks for the reply, my inbox is now cleared. That is a real shame that the Union Station arcade is gone as I remember they had some pretty decent tables with Red & Ted's Road Show sticking out the most in my memory.
This is exactly what needs to happen. FS seems to be able to do this for the other systems (they do a fantastic job with the mobile platforms) but have made only a single post in the Vita section. Even if they said that they were looking into it that would be a satisfactory response.
I guess I will make one last request for people to please vote for the status report of the PS Vita version of the game. Just take a look in the Vita section here and you will see that there is a lot that needs to be done. Thanks to all those who voted so far.
It is better that you do raise any issues you have even if they have already been reported. Hopefully with enough people indicating that there are problems FS will do something about them.
That is not being picky at all. It has been like that since launch and has been on the list with the screenshot. Black Knight has the same problem, but it is much worse than on Funhouse.
This pretty much sums up my thoughts on the issue. I would love to see that unlocked replaced with something like the ability to turn nudging off to really make the game a challenge after you have done all you can with a table.
I have found a very easily reproducible shot of the ball going through the flipper. On the upper playfield of Black Knight, hold the left flipper up then shoot the ball at the underside of it with the right flipper. It will pass straight though nearly ever time. Hopefully we don't see this on...
I purchased the DLC today and have to agree with this statement. There is a very minor stutter sometimes on CFTBL, but it is playable. MM on the other hand is just brutal and really needs immediate attention as far as framerate goes.
Is Big Shot going to be a 2-player table like it actually is? Why would they not just go with the 4-player version of the table, Hot Shot, to keep the number of players consistent across the entire game?
Can we please get some more developer interaction here in the PS Vita section? There are several tables in the game that in their current state are on the verge of being considered unplayable yet there seems to be no recognition of these problems at all.
Thanks to the new feature that shows...
I certainly hope this is a very early build of the table as there are a lot of inaccuracies. For example, the flippers are far too pointy on top and tip for Gottlieb flippers of that era. Also, the balls in the middle do not fully light up as shown here. In addition, I think the the dark...
