Yeah, that's a good point. So make those more of the "Default" and the All Time leaderboard as the historical record.
The problem I have is all the hacked scores in the All Time.
While we're talking about leaderboards here, what do folks think about a regular leaderboard reset policy.
For example, every quarter?
Wouldn't it be great to see a constantly changing leaderboard instead of a long-standing Top 10 list?

Displaying the actual score in-game is obviously limited to the capabilities of the original ROM. What Farsight could do is to superimpose another display in-game to echo the full score. The score is tracked somehow so the final score can be tallied, so it may be available real-time. I'll leave...
The key (I'll stress: THE KEY) here is to enable clearly defined settings in the app to allow devices not running capable GPUs to throttle or turn off features. This is basically what Zacc does, and it seems to be giving everyone the best of both device compatibility and features.

I don't really get these things either. I would say that a reason why physics tuning is such a big drawcard for Zacc is that the default "Simulation" tuning is somewhat unrealistic. Even with the new engine. It is heaps better (anecdotally, because I am an Android newbie to the established iOS...
I don't think lack of talent is a factor.
The mobile game engine was never intended to run advanced lighting because of architectural design decisions made at the inception of the project.
Having said that, I challenge FarSight to release a build for iOS and Android that contains PC resources...
