    Bug Ball Flies Through Flippers

A video of it happening would definitely help.

Android - Bug First eye shot sometimes misses sensor, table cannot recover

Thanks for reporting this. We think we have a fix and are testing it.

    360 - Request Portrait Mode

I did some research and saw how Forza does it. It would seem to me to be cheaper to build a moderate PC than to buy 3 Xbox 360's. =)

Playfield been scanned from an old flyer???

We use photographs of the real playfields to create them. If someone does see an issue with the playfield, please post a photo so we can look into it.

What technical/presentation issues would you like to see fixed in future releases?

This is something we would like to do. It has just been a lower priority so far.

Slight glitch with the Xbox version of the game

It has to do with licensing and DRM on the Xbox 360. This link should help. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live/marketplace-and-purchasing/play-xbox-live-content

Pinballs no longer flying off the table?

The collision detection wasn't as good in PHOF, we've improved it quite a bit so hopefully you should never see this happen.

    Dissapointed in the graphics (XBOX360)

We don't have any problem with criticism, as long as it's helpful. If someone tells us the game sucks but can't give us a reason, then it's not possible for us to make it better. While we may not be able to implement every idea someone sends us, we do take them all into consideration. We do...

360 - Bug TILT doesn't clear on ended game

Thanks for reporting this. We will have a fix in a future patch.

    Dissapointed in the graphics (XBOX360)

We use a deadzone of 33% in each direction. Nudging works off the delta values of the controller outside the deadzone in directions away from center. So if it's tilting it means the controller's analog valus are going from near center to the edge repeatedly. I haven't seen this issue here...

    Request Score Rollover Recognition

When we do have a fix, the leaderboards should show the correct score if that's what you are asking.

    Dissapointed in the graphics (XBOX360)

We do read every comment on facebook and as much as we can here. We can't always respond because most of our time is spent working on fixing issues with our current tables, implementing our next tables, and adding new features. I try to respond to a few comments on here every day, unfortunatly...

    Request Score Rollover Recognition

Each table stores scores differently. On TOM it uses 5 values of 0-100, which is why at 10 billion it flips over. Oddly, Tales I believe uses 6 values, so it flips over at 1 trillion, which would take quite awhile to hit on that table. Some tables might hold score values that are beyond what...

    That is definitely very cool.

    360 - Request Portrait Mode

Ok, cause I'm not aware of any display cables that allow multiple different outputs on Xbox 360. PC on the other hand is definitely doable.

    360 - Request Portrait Mode

How does one do multiple outputs from an Xbox 360? Or do you mean with PC?

    360 - Request Portrait Mode

This has been on my radar to do, hopefully we can get it in for a future update.
