I hope this means they are negotiating with Paramount to add another license to the deal. I bet 'Congo' would be a cheap get and it would be an awesome addition to the lineup. I like that machine more than Addams. ☺
The bug where you pause the game, let the device sleep, then return and everything is moving super-fast is back, at least on an original Nexus 7. Yoyu need to restart the app to fix it, otherwise it affects every table.
Fat chance that Microsoft didn't get their cut up front. So unfair since the whole debacle is their fault anyways, since they required Farsight to use a publisher in the first place. Crave or Microsoft: which company is Farsight sick of more? :)
I was surprised to learn Farsight has never seen a dime from the sales on the 360. Maybe that was common knowledge but it never dawned on me that Farsight wasn't getting paid prior to the bankruptcy. Ouch.

This references the Hobbit, but the dispute includes both properties. The MMO license deal pre-dates the lawsuit, but it's up for renewal at the end of 2014. Hopefully the two parties will be...
The Tolkien estate is suing the studios and the firm that manages the movie rights for breach of contact because they licensed LOTR slot machines. They claim the license (written in 1969) does not cover anything digital. I assume the parties are negotiating, which will probably delay any chance...
It would be nice if Farsight could elaborate on this. This is what they said on Kickstarter:
I read that to mean backers would be equivalent to internal testers and would have access before the tables are shared with anyone outside the company.
I think it's Goin' Nuts in the next pack. They probably just couldn't find a promo image of it, so they used an image from the next pack instead. They have to know the difference between a gopher and a squirrel.
This is my favorite kind of pack: I haven't played either table and I have no idea...
You don't think a failed T2 kickstarter would influence Farsight's decision on when to do another one and what table to do it for? It is possible that they would continue to throw Kickstarters at the wall and see what sticks, but I don't think that would be a smart business decision. The...
Are you talking about the pro versions? I bought them for $5 each on Android. But I take your point -- the math probably doesn't work for them without Kickstarter.
For me, the particular table being Kickstarted is irrelevant. This is a poll: Does the fan community want tables with expensive licenses in TPA? The only reason Farsight went through Kickstarter in the first place is because fans were begging for Twilight Zone, a table they had already rejected...
I am in. Hope they promote in the What's New section inside next week's update so people know about it.,
I have a feeling this one is going to be tough.
My kids love Phineus & Ferb -- I always thought that would make a great theme because the show is genuinely funny and it would appeal to kids.
And Stephen Colbert should have his own pinball machine. The call-outs would be tremendous.
