Same for me. I have the alpha slider set to the darkest already and FT looks good (although I would still want to go a tad darker) but the other 3 need to be darker if possible.

Although that is true in theory if they make a drastic change such as re-introducing the wild ball which makes scoring high tougher, then they in theory need to reset the leaderboards. If they do that then the high-scoring cry babies will be rife, and if they don't reset then others chasing...

I just tried a few plays of Fish Tales. I am a little disappointed as the 'wild ball' isn't present anymore, and rubbers don't seem to be bouncy enough. I can play a lot longer than I can on a real Fish Tales. On the first public beta the ball was pretty crazy like a real pin so it is a shame...

That's a great line - lol First thing I did too. Agree totally. The gamma slider certainly makes the table look better, but separate adjusters are needed for bulbs and room lighting, with a BROADER range (eg: can't make MM dark enough using current slider) . We need a natural night look too.

Man this is sad. In the first beta the wild ball and general realistic feel was pretty spot on and what made it feel close to real pinball. I really hope Zen can rollback the change (or they could make the current setting a part of a new set of experimental physics maybe, and then rollback...

So chaps, did they go backwards with the physics changes done in the patch yesterday? I liked the first beta physics although the flippers were too powerful, but not being able to try yesterday's patch yet I just read comments in the Steam forums and seem to get a feeling it has gone backwards...

Tried the beta. A good effort but a few really nice to haves: - Lighting is disappointing but it might be due to the room being too light to my tastes. They must add a lighting slider otherwise I wouldn't buy tables. VPX looks better ATM when lights are turned down. - Physics are Much...

Just to report back that I now get a full 60 FPS in all views in both 2 and 3 screen modes with my desktop setup. :) I still haven't put it in the cabinet as is it still packed up, but will do that at a later date. Cheers
