[MENTION=2145]Nomorestalker[/MENTION], Launch SPA and choose Settings/configuration and change DX11 buffer resolution to 2200x1080 (one time configuration)

Start FreeCamMod with the -stern command line argument. ie...
C:\PBAFreecammod.exe -stern
Then, launch SPA again and play! See above for cameras and backglass pics.
